Superbly well equipped and comfortable apartment situated on the high quality Harbour Lights development. Harbour Lights is situated right on the sea front by the marina in Villaricos, a pretty little fishing village near Garrucha, Vera & Mojacar on the Costa Almeria. This lovely two bed apartment is on the ground floor overlooking a lovely swimming pool with palm trees and plants which leads to two further courtyards with fountains and communal Jacuzzi. A 20 metre stroll takes you out to the sea front and the marina on the edge of this pretty village. Miles of sandy beaches can be found on the other side of town some 5 mins walk away. Villaricos has a supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars and a lively colourful Sunday market. The nearest internet cafe is a 3 mins stroll away.

Changeover day
Generally we are really flexible with arrival/departure days and times. However, during busier perods we may apply arrival/departure times in the event of another client arriving/departing on the same day.

| Other: | Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have large mirror doored fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has French doors opening onto a beautiful terraced plaza with fountain. Both bedrooms have shutter doors on the outside. |

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation overlooks the pool from the furnished terrace, which has railings and a locking gate - the only apartment with this (child safe). The pool is just a few steps down from the terrace.
Travel cot, highchair and baby recliner available (£10 hire package). There is plenty of parking in front of the apartments. Radiators supplied in the winter for heating.

Outside
Large furnished terrace at front of apartment, overlooking pool area. Main bed French doors open to large landscaped plaza - ideal quiet spot for late sun. Additional rear plaza with landscaped terraced area and communal Jacuzzi.
Coast/Beach
Villaricos has 2 shingle beaches within a 2 min walk and a long sandy beach at the other end of the village - 5 min walk. More beautiful sandy beaches can be found either side of the village, at the resorts of Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar & San Juan-all within 15 mins drive. There is also a very large AQUAPARK a 5 min drive away at Vera.
Golf
GOLFERS will find that Villaricos is ideally situted, having 4 golf courses within a 15 min drive, including the fantastic DESERT SPRINGS golf resort.
Skiing
Villaricos is approx 1.5 hour drive from the Sierra Nevada skiing resort.
Special interest holidays
Villaricos is ideally situated for hill walking locally, approx 30 min drive to Cabo Gato National Park & 1.5 hours drive to the Alpujarra foothills. Diving is also a popular sport in Villaricos, and the village itself has 2 diving centres that arrange trips & courses.
Travel
There are 3 airports:
Almeria - 50 mins drive
Murcia - 1.5 hour approx
Alicante - 2 hours approx.
Car hire is recommended.
