Enjoy this completely refurbished building in the heart of Barcelona. The entire building, only kept the façade and stairway, was refurbished a year ago, to a more comfortable space, elevator has also been installed. The apartments are suitable for 2 or 3 people and combine the conveniences of modern luxury living with typical Barcelonian style in a unique environment. In its 40m2, is equipped with a double bed or 2 single beds plus an additional comfortable bed in case there is a 3rd guest. A large living room a balcony where you can sit for a glass of wine.
