The townhouse has a superb roof top solarium for al-fresco dining, 3 futher terraces and a large communal swimming pool for residents only. The complex is completely sheltered with access controlled security and under ground parking. Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive away with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino and nightclubs. You can enjoy suntrap beaches, crystal clear seas, all within minutes of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Prices are per property per 7 nights and in UK pounds. 3 night stay and discounts available for golfers. Other durations available on request. Any changeover days are accepted. I am open to offers for long term lets for winter periods, so please feel free to get in touch. 3 nights are the minimum, bookings to 365 days maximum. March - October 2008, 20% discount for 7 nights or more stay.

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for large families, golfers, groups alike.
Air conditioning throughout except in top floor bedroom. Bel Air Platinum is set in a peaceful location but close to all amenities, with Los Flamingos golf course and the Bel Air Tennis Club a short walk away. A 10 minute walk also brings you to the village of Cancelada with it's small selection of bars and restaurants.
Just a short drive away from the towns of San Pedro and Estepona with its superb promenade and marina combined with beautiful beaches. There is a child's play area with swings and slides 50 yards from the property.
Outside
There is a fantastic roof top Solarium terrace with full al fresco dining facilities such as table, chairs, parasol and sunloungers. There are 3 futher terraces with table, chairs & sunloungers. The large non-heated outdoor pool is shared with the other townhouses.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to Costalita beach, but within 10 minutes drive of superb beaches at San Pedro de Alcantara, Estepona, and Puerto Banus.
Golf
Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. By car you can reach Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas & La Quinta within 10 minutes. Torrequebrada, Mijas Golf & El Paraiso within 20 minutes, Sotogrande & Valderrama, (Ryder Cup - 1997, 1999 World Championships) within 40 minutes. There are approximately 20 other golf courses on the Costa Del Sol within a 30 minute drive. For further details go to: andalucia.com/golf. Skiing
Bel Air Platinum is within 2 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains & it's wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the pool at Bel Air late afternoon.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 55 minutes drive, Gibraltar also 55 minutes drive.

Further details
The townhouse is within walking distance of the restaurant at El Mundo studios, and the El Carnicero restaurant in the village of Cancelada. It is also 5 minutes walk to the Mercadona supermarket where a cash point can be found. All other facilities, including golf, tennis, shops, restaurants and bars are a 7 or 8 minute drive away in San Pedro de Alcantara.
Booking notes
£100 deposit is required upon booking, with the balance 10 weeks prior to departure. If booking within 10 weeks of holiday the full balance would be due. Any changeover day is accepted, we are very flexible and we will accommodate you at what ever time you wish to arrive or depart the accommodation. Prices are per week, we don't charge per person, for stays over 7 night stay you will get 10% off more than 10 nights you will get 20%.
