Changeover day is Saturday, however can be flexible.
On day of departure need to leave by 11.00 am.

Notes on accommodation
This is a brand new villa. Floor plans and views of the area where the villa is situated can be supplied.
Suitable for families with children, the villa and pool have minimal steps.

15 minutes drive to beaches at Los Marinos and 20 minutes to Port Denia and beaches. Javea is 20 minutes drive.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are equal distances of approximately 1 hr 15 minutes drive very easy toll road driving.
Distances
Alcalali is 10 minutes walk to basic shops and a wide slection of excellent and reasonabley priced restaurants.
Pedreguer is 10 minutes drive for shops and supermarket.
Denia and its port with historic castle and wide selection of shops, banks, tapas bars and restaurants is 20 minutes drive. Regular ferry to Ibiza and Balearic Islands from Denia Port.
Javea is 20 minutes to beaches, bars and restaurants.

I live in York, England with my partner and our children. Ive travelled quite a bit but now feel happier going to enjoy the weather and restaurants in the Costa Blanca region of Spain.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought the plot and had the developer build a villa to my size requirements, that I would use as a holiday home that would also double to give some rental income. The property is furnished with comfort and a "home away from home" feel. The villa is on the edge of a development overlooking an untouched area, so giving a remote feel with a closeness to some excellent restaurants and accessible to main towns and beaches not too far away.
