It is just a 5 minute walk to the plaza with 40 restaurants, cafes, sports bars, an English supermarket, car hire, bank, etc. Within a further 2 mins is Villamartin Golf Course, by car and only 5 mins away are the Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses. Within 2 km of the AP7 motorway and 3km of the beautiful la zenia beach, the villa is ideally situated for access to the motorways, beaches, golf courses or just 10 mins from the main commercial centres and Torrevieja town with it's abundance of shops, boutiques and restaurants as well as the market, fun fair and some lovely walks along the sea front promenade.

Notes on prices
Rates are per week, including all running costs. A £200/€300 security deposit is required on booking, this will be returned in full once the villa has been inspected following your departure & receipt of telephone bill for any call charges incurred during your stay. Phone not available in apartment. A final cleaning/inventory charge of €60 (villa) or €40 (app't) is payable to our keyholder on arrival.
Changeover day
Usually Saturday but other days may be available on request.

Accessibility
Reasonable wheelchair access at kitchen door, just 1 step along path and 1 into kitchen.

Large gardens with rockeries, fruit trees, flowers, paved patio area and large bbq.
Coast/Beach
3 km to La Zenia beach, and the N332 coast road with dozens of beautiful beaches, most with sunbeds, umbrellas, wind breaks, cafe and toilet facilities. Several of these beaches have motorised water sports facilities, snorkeling, diving and safe bathing for kids.
Golf
Ideal base for golfing break, within minutes of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses and no more than 30 mins from 3 or 4 other good golf courses.
Travel
Murcia airport 20 mins, Alicante airport 40 mins, car recommended for further afield but not required if happy to crash out around the pool and stroll to the plaza for meals every night.

Booking notes
£200 deposit per week, payable on confirmation of booking with the balance being due 3 months before travel along with £150 security deposit against any breakages.
