The villa is in excellent order throughout with full aircon/ heating and comprises 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, shower room and WC. The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven and microwave. The sitting room is comfortably furnished. Log fire. There is a dining table and chairs at one end. The beautiful 5m x8m private swimming pool has an outdoor shower and there is a raised shaded eating area. Gated pool terrace for child safety. Magnificent views across the countryside to the mountains beyond - especially from the roof terrace. Wireless internet connection. The property is surrounded by fruit trees and grape vines. Prices per week in UK Pounds based on up to 4 people sharing. Changeover day: Saturday (flexible in low and mid season. Bedlinen and towels provided but please bring your own beach/poolside towels. Clean bed linen/towels each week. House available from 4pm on day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate house by 10am on day of departure.

Changeover day is normally Saturday in high season but flexible in low season by arrangement with owners. Arrive mid afternoon. Morning departure.

The nearest golf courses are Alhaurin and Lauro Golf both within 15 minutes drive of Villa Maria. There are dozens of other golf courses within 30 minutes to one hour's drive to suit all standards.

Skiing
Skiing is available in the beautiful mountains of the Sierra Nevada just 2-3 hours drive away.

Horse riding / riding adventures available nearby at ride-in-spain.com (special rates for guests). Archery, quad biking, rifle shooting, go-karting, wolf park, tennis and country clulb, clay pigeon shooting, water parks etc., all available within easy reach. Grenada and Seville approx. 3 hours drive.

Travel
Car essential. Nearest airport Malaga approx 30 mins drive to Villa Maria. Direct cheap flights are available from Easyjet - the earlier you book the cheaper the fare. Nearest ferry port is Marbella 32km away. Nearest motorway junction is N340 at 32km away.

Distances
Coin is approx 5 minutes drive away and has a good range of bars, restaurants and shops. Malaga 32km.

Booking notes
Deposit on booking: 20% of total cost of holiday plus £50 per week security deposit (returnable within one month of your return from holiday). Balance payable minimum 8 weeks before departure.
