Excellent order throughout. Well fitted kitchen. Beautiful 4m x 6.5m private pool with safe, non-slip surround and outdoor shower. Outdoor kitchen and barbeque with shaded dining area. One double bedroom, three twin bedrooms (Bedroom 4 is located in a separate annex with its own en-suite) and is used when there are more than 6 people in the group) 3 bathrooms. Large sun terrace/balcony. Well maintained gardens. For larger groups, the smaller 2 bedroom Villa Maria (S3294) is situated 100m away and has itw own private pool. Both properties enjoy high degree of privacy and have their own entrances, Internet access/DVD player. Wide variety of leisure facilities available within a 30 minute drive, including numerous golf courses.

Bed linen/towels provided. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. House available from 4pm on day of arrival-guests requested to vacate by 10am on day of departure.
Changeover day
Thursday - arrive from 4pm - Depart before 10am on day of departure.
Thursday in high season but flexible changeover days in low season by arrangement with owners.

Please note that Bedroom 4 is located in a separate annex and has its own ensuite facility. It is only availabl for parties of more than 6 people and there is an additional charge for this of £110 per week. Optional pool heating £55 per week. Safe, non-slip pool surround. High chairs, cots, stairgate, camp bed available at small additional cost of £12 per item. Maid service can be arranged if required. Non smokers only please. No pets.

Coast/Beach
Finca Tropical is approximately 30 minutes drive from Malaga, Puerto Banus and the sea. Fantastic water parks, sailing etc., within easy reach.
Golf
The nearest golf courses are Alhaurin Golf and Lauro Golf both within 15 minutes drive of Finca Tropical. There are literally dozens of other golf courses within 30 minutes to one hour's drive to suit all standards.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Sierra Nevada which is about 2/3 hours drive away.
Travel
Car essential. Nearest airport Malaga - approximately 30 minutes drive to Finca Tropical. Direct flights are available with Easyjet at reasonable prices - the earlier you book the cheaper it is. Nearest ferry port: Marbella - 32 kilometres away. Nearest motorway junction: N340 at 32 kilometres away.
Distances
Coin is approx 5 mins drive away and has a good range of bars, restaurants and shops. Small local shop about 15 mins stroll from the villa. Malaga 32km.
Further details
Horse riding/trekking available at ride-in-spain.com (special rates for guests.Clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, tennis and country club at Alhaurin el Grande. Rifle shooting, Archery, wolf park, water parks, fishing etc., all available within easy reach. Seville and Granada approximately 3 hours drive. Good choice of local restaurants and bars and nightlife on the coast just 30 minutes drive.
Booking notes
Deposit on booking: 20% of total cost of holiday plus £75 per week security deposit (returnable within 1 month of your return from holiday). Balance payable minimum 8 weeks before departure. Cots, highchairs, stair gate available for an additional charge of £12 per item per week.
