Changeover day
During peak season the changeover day is Saturday. The apartment should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and be available after 4pm on the day of arrival.

Outside
The two swimming pools are surrounded by attractive gardens which offer an ideal location for sunbathing. Winter visitors may be interested in the indoor heated swimming pool and leisure club facilities available at the 4 star hotel next door (chargeable).

Coast/Beach
A 2 minute walk takes you to either of the 2 large sandy beaches located at both sides of the famous Ifach rock. Both are EEC blue flag and include all facilities. There are many more beaches and hidden coves to explore along the coast. A 20 minute stroll along the promenade brings you to the old town of Calpe with it's narrow cobbled streets and shady squares.

Golf
This area is a mecca for golfers, boasting a large number of course within a short driving distance. The two new championship course at Terra Mitica are only a 20 minute drive away.

Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante which is an hours drive away. Valencia airport is approximately 90 minutes drive. Car hire is available at both airports or a taxi costs around 70 euros (from Alicante).

Further details
This area offers an abundance of attractions from the glass bottom boat rides in Calpe to train rides to Benidorm. Here you will find Mundomar with it's aquatic shows, Aqualandia water park and the Terra Mitica theme park. For an unforgettable night out, Benidorm Palace is a must.

Booking notes
After initial booking a £100 deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. We also ask for a refundable bond of £100 to cover any breakages.
