Changeover day
Saturday is the norm but we try to be flexible.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 contain single beds which can be linked together, fitted wardrobes (all rooms). Both leading to terrace and mountain views.
Bathrooms: Master en-suite bathroom with hydro-spa bath/shower, wc, bidet with his and her vanity units.
Family bathroom containing bath/shower and wc, bidet and sink.
Kitchen: Superb fully equipped kitchen with built in fridge freezer, Boshe appliances, dishwasher, built-in electric oven and ceramic digital hob, microwave dishwasher and breakfast bar. Generous cupboard space accompanies beautiful marble work tops.
Utility Room: Washer/dryer separate sink purpose-built hanging rail
also has semi-commercial pressing table with vacuum.
Living Rooms: Beautifully laid out lounge diner with a 2 and 3 seater settee, coffee table, dining table, 6 chairs, sideboard. TV, HI-FI, DVD player, speakers system to all rooms, including bathrooms and terrace, patio windows leading to good size terrace (photos).
Other: Leading from both the lounge and the master bedroom is a good size terrace featuring a wooden table and 6 chairs and 3 sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/

All towels and linen are provided however other personal items such as beach towels are not supplied. The property will be cleaned prior to arrival and will be cleaned again upon departure. Cleaner can be provided at cost if required.

Outside
The swimming pool area has sunbeds provided.There are also sunbeds on the terraces of the apartment. The pool is surrounded by sub-tropical gardens which are gated and for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests. There are superb indoor leisure facilities including a large indoor gym, adult jacuzzi, a good sized swimming pool, (see photos) a spacious sauna which is supported by his and hers shower and changing rooms.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is two minutes stroll from the sea front and the famous Tikitano beach restaurant, with spectacular views of the bay and the Sierra Bermeja mountain range sweeping across to the Rock of Gibraltar (photo). It also boasts a historical Roman tower, surrounded by landscaped gardens with lovely walks along the promenade an ideal stroll after a evening meal.

Golf
The apartment is ideally located for golf and the area boasts an abundance of golf courses suitable for all levels of experience, Golf Coto La Serena is on the door step and also 5 minutes drive away is golfing valley which supports such golf courses as Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf to mention but a few.

Skiing
Its true snow skiing in the morning and sunbathing on the golden beaches in the afternoon. This is one of the best kept secrets in the world. The Sierra Nevada mountain range is one of the highest mountain ranges in Europe but is also the most southerly which provides this unique opportunity of skiing and sunbathing in the same day. Skiing for the beginners is available, and all this is on your door step, approx 1.5 hours away. Why not visit the famous city of Granada and the world famous Alhambra Palace.

Travel
Gibraltar and Malaga airports are 30 to 50 mins drive away and to get the full flavour of the area we strongly recommend you hire a car direct from the airport. Full travel directions will be given on booking.

Distances
Estepona is a 5 min drive away and offers the full range of retail services including banks, shops, even a large Carrefour. If you want a typical Spanish tapas house (bogadas) restaurant then Estepona has them in abundance. Estepona also hosts two famous markets and has numerous festivals. Details can be provided on booking.

Further details
Puerto Banus is a 5 min drive away well worth a visit with its world famous marena surrounded by restaurants and designer shops such as Gucci, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton and many more(so leave your credit card at home!). The night life is second to none if you have the energy.
Marbella is is a further 5 minute drive and a late breakfast at Orange Square has got to be the best.
Other Attractions:-
Selwo Safari Park is a 3 min drive away and is well worth a visit. The water park at Benalmadena is a favourite with the kids. A day out ballooning across Andulacia is a must if you have a head for heights, and of course Gibraltar a 30 min drive for the old duty free.

Booking notes
Prices are in euros. Rentals of 5 weeks or more qualify you for discount rates. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We also require a £200 deposit which will be refunded to you on inspection of the property on completion of your stay.
