Kitchen: Newly refurbished consists of, sink unit, electric hobs, fridge, microwave,electric oven and dishwasher- all cooking utensils and crockery. Small rear terrace.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining area with sofas and wooden dining table and chairs, feature fireplace, English TV channels & CD player.
Other: Large patio overlooking well maintained and mature gardens with 2 communal swimming pools. Patio is complete with patio table and chairs, sun loungers and sun awning.

Linen provided and change of linen on durations of 2 weeks or more. Limited towels supplied (no beach towels). Cleaning prior to arrival and upon departure. Maid service not included throughout stay.

Notes on accommodation
This complex is very family orientated on a nice quiet gated community. Car hire not essential. Bus service to Fuengirola and Marbella within walking distance.

Outside
2 large communal swimming pools set within tropical gardens. The complex of Punta is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and yet is within only minutes walk of all the bars, restaurants, supermarkets.. etc in Calahonda.

Coast/Beach
Less than 5 mins walk to sandy/pebbly beach at Calahonda, only a 5 min drive/bus ride (2km) to the harbour at Cabopino which has restaurants set round the picturesque harbour and has ample water sports during high season. The resort of La Cala is 5 mins by road in opposite direction- this resort also has a nice beach, shops, bars etc..

Golf
Miraflores Golf. Cabopino Golf. La Cala Golf, La Noria Golf - all within 5km.

Skiing
Sierra Nevada approx 1.5-2hrs by car

Travel
Malaga airport 30 mins drive (car/taxi).

Distances
Fuengirola 12km. Marbella 14km. Puerto Banus 20km. Gibralatar 100km. Malaga airport approx 30min drive.
