Our apartment in Roquetas de Mar is not your average holiday flat! It's fully equipped, beautifully furnished and just minutes from the sea. There are lovely views of the coast from its huge outdoor terrace. Completed just over a year ago, the apartment has one bedroom and is perfect for two people - whether friends or partners. Its light interior is designed in a very contemporary style with high quality furnishings and fittings and is ideal for those who want a place with real luxury and quality to relax, enjoy the sun and have fun. With golf courses, restaurants, bars, the beach and great shopping all close by, this apartment is in a really good position for you to get the best out of a holiday in Roquetas.

Changeover day
Booking turnaround days are flexible. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in advance.

| Living Rooms: | Large lounge with leather sofas, contemporary glass tables, TV, DVD, CD player with surround sound system. Comfortable, spacious and decorated with ceramics, pictures and colourful rugs. French windows lead onto the terrace. |

Towels and linen are included. There is a weekly clean, towel and linen change for stays of more than one week. |
Notes on accommodation
This apartment has been designed for couples or adult friends. It's a 'grown-up' luxury retreat in the sun! The 4th floor is serviced by 2 lifts, as well as a staircase.
Outside
The huge sun terrace with its lovely sea views is furnished with a quality dining table, chairs and umbrella. 2 sunloungers are provided for guests. There is secure underground parking for one car.
Coast/Beach
The clean expanses of Roquetas de Mar's beaches are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. A lovely promenade runs by the beach for several miles - the perfect place to stroll before or after dinner.
Travel
Almeria Airport is approx 45 minutes drive from the apartment. Car hire is not necessary as there are shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets just a short walk from the apartment. A regular bus service is available for the huge Gran Plaza shopping mall and water park.
Distances
Almeria town is around 30 minutes drive from Roquetas. The Alpujarras Mountains can be reached in approx 1 hour, along with numerous pretty inland villages. The craft village of Nijar is just an hour away, as is the famous Hollywood Western Theme Park.
Further details
There are several golf courses within 5 - 30 minutes drive, as well as a large water park and a nature reserve featuring many birds including flamingoes.
Booking notes
To book, a deposit of £150 is required. This will be held against possible accidental damage and is refundable upon return to the UK provided all is well. The full rental payment is required 6 weeks prior to your departure for Spain.
