Situated just above 'Burriana', Nerja's largest and most cosmopolitan blue-flag beach. El Capistrano Village is ideally situated for the sea and the town centre. On-site bars, restaurant, three large, sparkling pools with safe and separate kiddies pools, two well stocked pool-side bars, money-changing facilities, doctor, supermarket and the most beautiful communial gardens in Nerja, make this the most desirable complex in town.

Changeover day
During peak-season the changeover day is Saturday for Pueblo 60 (two bedroomed villa) and Sunday for Pueblo 48 (one bedroomed villa). Having said this, at other times we can be flexible - just ask and we'll try our best.

The professionally equipped accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 double (with twin doors opening on to a shaded patio) separated by a full bathroom in between from a light and airy twin bedded room.
Large living room with feature open fireplace, easy furniture and dining area. Colour teletext TV with 30 channels featuring, amongst others, BBC 1, 2, 3 & 4, ITV 1, 2 & 3, channel 4 & 5, BBC World & Prime, Sky Sports 1 & 2, CBBC, Sky Movies 1&2.
The American style kitchen includes a full oven with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, all cooking utensils and crockery.
The property is complete with towels, linen, electrical fans, hairdryer, steam iron etc., maid service is provided between lets.
There is a private walled garden with lovely sea views, shaded terrace, patio table and chairs (there are two sets of patio doors, from the lounge and the main bedroom). The terrace enjoys day-long sunshine but, is also equipped with large cantilever blinds for those really hot days!

The bright and spacious accommodation comprises of one particularly large double/treble bedroom separated from a substantial bathroom, having WC, bath, shower, bidet.
The inner hall leads on to a good sized living room with a feature open fireplace, easy furniture and dining area.
Colour teletext television with 30 channels featuring amongst others, BBC 1, 2, 3 & 4, ITV 1, 2 & 3 channel 4 & 5, BBC World & Prime, Sky Sports 1 & 2, CBBC, Sky Movies 1 & 2, History channel, National Geographic, TCM etc.
The American style kitchen includes a full oven with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, all cooking utensils and crockery.
The property is complete with towels, linen (changed weekly), electrical fans, hairdryer, steam iron etc., maid service is provided between lets.
There is a private walled garden with shaded terrace, patio table and chairs, sun loungers, (there is a set of patio doors to the garden from the lounge). The garden is south-facing enjoying day-long sunshine.

 

Notes on accommodation
Both properties are built on one level with no stairs and are particularily suitable for children. All of our three magnificent pools are very, very close by. Our properties are well maintained and, of course, 'nipping clean'!

Outside
Both of our lovely properties are situated very close to the three pools, with separate and safe children's pools, poolside bars, sun loungers and professional life-guards in attendance -our landscaped pool-side areas really are family friendly!

Coast/Beach
Nerja and the surrounding area offer any number of beautiful beaches. There are separate beaches designated for naturists.

Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the immediate vicinity but, be aware that some need proof of your playing handicap if you are to use the course.

Skiing
Nerja is only one to one and a half hours by car away from the skiing resort of Sierra Nevada. There you will find everything you could ever want for skiing whatever your level of competance! A bus service to the ski slopes including the facility to hire equipment at discounted prices is organised in the season on a weekly basis by the town of Nerja.

Travel
Malaga is the main airport serving the area but, flights to Granada and Almeria are frequently used as well. There is a good bus service from the airport via Malaga for less than 5 euros. You do not need a car.

Distances
Nerja is an ideal base from which to visit beautiful Andalucian cities such as Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada and, don't forget the old city of Malaga itself with its lovely cathedral and the Picasso museum.

Further details
Walking (beach and mountain), off-road biking, quad biking and cycling, horseriding, snorkeling, jet-skiing and diving are all readily available locally.
