For those seeking relaxation there is a communal pool, nearest beach is just 15 minutes drive away. In fact the nearest coastline is a beach lovers paradise, La Mata, La Zenia, Punta Prima, Guardamar all having been awarded the European blue flag status.

Outside
South facing terrace and landscaped garden with garden furniture and loungers for guests. The shared swimming pool is only 80 yards away.
Coast/Beach
La Mata and Guardamar approx 15 min drive both having long stretches of sandy white beaches. There are lots more beautiful sandy beaches with the resort of Torrevieja, only 10 mins drive. Further down the coast are the beaches of Punta Prima and La Zenia all having been awarded the blue flag status.
Golf
This apartment will capture the attention of all golfers, being within easy access of the four championship courses: The following which are within 10-20 minutes from the apartment.
Las Rambles, very challenging and enjoyable.
La Finca, 1st class golf course. Highly recommended.
Villamartin, championship golf course.
Campoamor, lovely course with an elegant club house.

Travel
Alicante airport is approx 40 minutes drive. Murcia airport is approx 30 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended, may be hired at airports.

Los Montesinos & San Miguel have banks, restaurants, supermarkets etc. VillaMartin Plaza nearby offers a large choice of restaurants, bars, along with supermarkets. English speaking doctors, chemist, hairdressers. Los Dolses bars and restaurants approx 15 minutes drive away. Torrevieja also has an even larger choice of bars / restaurants, market stalls and a large boat harbour.
Booking notes
A refundable security deposit of £50 is required to cover any breakage/damage. Deposit is non-refundable within 8 weeks of departure. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to leaving.
Payment of 35 Euros to be paid on arrival to the key holder for final cleaning/laundry.
