Each block of apartments has 3 storeys with a common security door to the main entrance and a lift to all floors. The apartment has sliding iron grills on all doors and windows and lockable garden gate. The complex is designed in Spanish Andalusian style, with great attention to detail, including magnificent landscaped gardens large mosaic communal swimming pool. Situated in a quiet area of Pueblo Patricia the location is excellent for holidays. Less than 100 metres from shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and within a 5-15 minute walk to a beautiful beach and promenade.

Kitchen: The open plan kitchen with the latest designed units includes a washing machine, extractor fan, oven, toaster,
fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board, cutlery, crockery, pans etc. Everything needed for self catering. We also have a steriliser
Living Rooms: The spacious open plan lounge/dining room is very tastefully furnished with sofa settee converting into a double bed, sideboard and coffee table with 2 lamps. TV playing DVD's & CD's only and CD player.

Towels/linen are provided and the apartment is cleaned before and after stay. There is a 60 euro charge for this. Further cleaning can be arranged for longer stays.

The apartment is ground floor, with large patio areas. There are 2 steps in the garden and 3 steps in the internal corrider to the main door.

Outside
Patio doors from apartment lead onto superb balcony and private walled/tiled and planted garden leading directly onto pool. Includes barbecue, large table and chairs, sunbeds and sun umbrella.

Coast/Beach
A 5-10 minute stroll will lead you to the beautiful Mar Menor blue flag beach. The gently sloping shallows waters of the Mar Menor mean it is warmer than the Mediterranean, making it safer for young children. You can walk out for many metres in the clear water with no big waves or strong currents.

Golf
Golfers will be delighted that there are at least 7 golf courses in the area catering for all handicap levels. Within 20-30 minutes drive there are several international standard courses including the famous La Manga Golf and Country Club.

Special interest holidays
Local activities include: cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, roller blading, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind surfing.

Travel
It is even easier to get to Murcia (San Javier) airport now from the UK and Eire on the numerous low cost carriers, and with the resort only a 10 min drive away you wont waste time in a car. Fly to Murcia (MJV) from the following airports: Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Cardiff, East Midlands, Leeds/Bradford, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Southampton, Prestwick, Edinburugh, Glasgow, Shannon, Dublin, Guernsey and Kent. Most others fly to Alicante which itself in only 45 mins drive away.

Distances
The historic city of Murcia is only 30 minutes by car, with its many squares and narrow streets. The city of Cartagena is only a 15 minute drive away and is well worth exploring for its shops, architecture, Roman history and impressive naval port and harbour.

Further details
Los Alcazares was named after the palaces that stood in medieval times and is still unspoilt, retaining much of its original Spanish charm. Many of the narrow streets lead directly to the 7km sandy beach. There are many restaurants and beach bars providing a wide range of cuisine. Los Alcazares offers a non-package tour environment. With its wonderful all year round climate it has something for all seasons. The towns market days are Saturday and Tuesday where a wide variety of goods are available.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week booked is required to confirm your booking with full payment to be received 6 weeks before departure. Tokens must be purchased before you commence your holiday to use the air conditioning, any not used will be refunded on your return. £100 breakages deposit taken with full payment of holiday, refunded on your return once the apartment has been cleaned and checked.

About the owner
Married with 4 children 10 years to 2 years. Had the apartment for 5 years and treat it as a home from home. Ideal for families or for couples wanting to get away for a week or two. The apartment has been furnished ourselves so we have chosen items of furniture which we feel make the apartment more homely. We take great pride in our apartment and have loved every holiday we have had so far. There is a strict no smoking policy within the apartment and there are signs in the apartment stating this.

Ideal location 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach which stretches for miles and miles, with a shallow sea which is ideal for children, plenty of local amenities and the complex is secure, beautiful and immaculately presented.
