Notes on prices
The price is for the apartment regardless of the number of occupants. A laundry fee of 10 euros per person is payable on departure. Welcome packs eg. Tea, milk, bread etc., are available on request.
Changeover day
During peak times (July-August & Xmas / New Year) booking will only be taken in blocks of 1 week or more.

Both Girona and Perpignan are served by Ryanair.
Car hire is not essential in Empuriabrava but is recommended if intending to travel to nearby towns and places of interest.

The apartment is situated close to local shops. The main shopping area of Empuriabarava is located within a 5 minute walk where numerous restaurants/cafes, supermarkets and ATM's can be found.

About the owner
We have been holidaying in Empuriabrava for many years, having been drawn to the area initially for skydiving. However we soon realized the area has much more to offer including beautiful scenery, historic towns, excellent restaurants and many other all year round outdoor pursuits. We decided to buy an apartment in 2004 and came regularly from the UK for weekend breaks to pursue our outdoor interests.
We now live in the area full time, having recently moved here after spending 5 years in the Middle East. We look after the apartment ourselves and hopefully the 'personal touch' and having good knowledge and contacts in the area will help to enhance the holiday for anyone booking the apartment.

Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is centrally located in Empuriabrava, therefore we have easy, walking access to all the resort has to offer, including beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping, skydiving, hiking, cycling, kitesurfing and most other water-sports.
The apartment has uninterrupted, beautiful views of the town and the Pyrenees from the large and private 80 sq meter terrace.
