Coast/Beach
The beach resorts of Marbella and Fuengirola are a 30 minute drive away. The Costa de la Luz (Tarifa) are a 2 hour drive away.
Golf
There are many local golf courses in the Marbella area, some 30 minutes away. The nearest course is Alhaurin Golf (5 minutes drive) and Lauro Golf (10 minutes drive).
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountains are a 3 hour drive away.
Travel
Malaga is the nearest airport and is a 30 minute drive away.
Distances
Alhaurin el Grande is a 5 minute drive. Alhaurin de la Torre is 10 minutes drive; Coin is 15 minutes drive. Mijas is a 15 minute drive.

There are many good restaurants in and around central Alhaurin. Good supermarkets, shops, banks etc.
