There is air-conditioning (hot/cold) and central heating for winter use. Mosquito screens. Not suitable for wheelchair users or the infirm as the apartment is on the first and second floor. No pets please unless by arrangement during long let.

Nearest airport Almeria is about 40 minutes away with Alicante approx 1hr 45 and Murcia 1hr 30. Car hire is recommended.
