Only a few minutes walk to all local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc and 10 minutes walk to the beach.There are many golf courses nearby the closest only being 5 minutes.The local airport of Murcia is a 10 minute drive and Alicante is 45 minutes. The villa has a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with front open air solarium. An ideal rental villa for family holidays on the Mar Menor.

Changeover day
During the peak season changeover day is Saturday however we can be flexible depending on bookings. Flexible dates can be taken at all other times.

Outside
The swimming pool is approx. 8m x 3m, with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.5 metres. At the rear of the villa is a large barbeque, dining area with marble seating area. A covered driveway is available for a vehicle. At the front of the villa is a sun terrace with patio furniture. The master bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the gardens & pool area.
Coast/Beach
The town of Los Alcazares is a coatal town on the edge of the Mar Menor, a large safe salt water lagoon surrounded by land. On the La Manga side is the Mediterranean sea. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the villa or 1 minute by car. Parking facilities are excellent.
Golf
Los Alcazares now boasts two fantastic golf courses, Roda golf & La Serena, both these are only a short drive away. The local area has many more courses within a 20 Km radius.
Travel
The local airport of Murcia is a short, simple 10 minute drive and Alicante is 45 minutes by the motorway with easy access from the villa.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is payable on reservation and can be sent direct to Spain by UK cheque or by bank transfer, the remainder is payable minimum 6 weeks in advance.
