A secluded and private traditional country villa in own large grounds of about 2 acres with a large terrace and pool. On the outskirts of Casarabonela, 45km (30 miles) from Malaga airport. Los Olivares is approached via an old country lane off the main road to Casarabonela. Enter the double gates and up the private drive to the villa, which is situated in a large olive orchard with lemon, orange, fig and nut trees. There is a lovely roof terrace with wonderful views. The patio has a Spanish built in barbecue. Casarabonela is a pretty, white washed village in a pleasant rural and un-spoilt part of Spain. There are restaurants, bars, supermarket and a bank in the village. The beaches of Malaga, Torremolinos and Marbella are 40 minutes to the South and picturesque lakes with restaurants and water sports are a 30 minute drive to the North.

Changeover day
Changeover days by arrangement and arrivals during Spanish office hours. Office is closed Saturday and Sunday, but will open until 12 o clock Saturday morning for clients arriving before 12 o clock, 20 euros will be charged for this service.

Booking notes
25% non refundable deposit payable on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before date of arrival. Refundable Cleaning/ breakages deposit of 300 euros to be left with Agent on collecting the keys (without this deposit you will not receive the keys). 250 euros returned within 2 weeks after your holidays in stirling, 50 euros for final clean.
