This well-appointed 4 bedroom villa is located in a quiet residential area, a few minutes drive from the popular La Barrosa beach. The villa is set in a spacious, secluded garden with a mosaic swimming pool, covered terrace and lawned gardens. It has a new well-equipped kitchen, high quality furnishings, a CD player, DVD player and British satellite channels. It is very spacious and comfortable. The lounge is over 30’ long with an additional dining area adjoining the kitchen. At the rear of the property, there is an east-facing porch with a large garden table and benches – ideal for breakfast al fresco. Barbecue nearby. The front porch faces west and it is delightful to sit here looking out over the pool as the sun sets. There is parking space inside the property. Entry is via an electric gate and a side gate. The mosaic pool has steps at the shallow end. It is kidney shaped and measures 10m x 5m at it’s widest point. More photos available on request.

Outside
There is a rear terrace with table and benches to seat 8; a permanent barbecue is located close to this terrace. The front porch has a wooden table with seating for 4 and looks out over the pool. There is also a white pvc dining table and chairs; sun umbrella and a range of sun loungers. The area around the pool is paved, the remainder of the grounds are lawned with shrubs.
Coast/Beach
La Barrosa beach - an 8 km family beach which has the European Blue Flag award - is a 5 minute drive away. The beautiful, less well-known beach of old Sancti Petri is a similar distance.
Golf
There is a 36-hole golf course designed by Ballesteros just behind Novo Sancti Petri, about a 10 minute drive from the villa, San Andreas Golf is located to the east of Novo Sancti petri and the 9-hole Club de Golf Campano is located along the road to Algeciras just south of Chiclana.

Further details
There are two restaurants within walking distance of the villa: the Popeye Restaurant is reputed for its fish dishes. The Nueva Alegría has a good range of traditional Andalucian and Spanish dishes. Takeway dishes may be orrdered from the restaurant. Both are popular with Spanish people and you should book if you want to eat there at weekends. A well-stocked supermarked is located behind the restaurant, very useful if you run out of items and open until 9pm most days. There is a shopping centre, with bakery, cashpoint, newsagent, takeaway restaurant and more bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive. A Supersol supermarket and a Mercadona supermarket are also close by, as well as a number of other restaurants. The sea front in La Barrosa has a range of bars and restaurants, many specializing in seafood.
Booking notes
To book, a booking form and rental contract must be returned with a deposit of 20%. Final payments and a security deposit are required 1 month before departure. The security deposit is not banked and is returned or destroyed providing the property is left in good order.The keys and directions are sent by recorded delivery 7-10 days before departure.
