There is a wide range of excellent bars and restaurants around the sea front and Marina area. This beautiful Town House is ideally situated for Towns such as Torrevieja, Cartagena and Murcia. The famous La Manga sports complex is only 10 minutes away together with close proximity to Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campomar Golf courses. This air conditioned house has just been newly decorated throughout and has a roof top solarium with shared pools within an attractive, secluded garden area.

Booking dates are flexible. Arrival time is midday and departure time is midday although we can be flexible as mid-week flight's tend to be cheaper.

There are a variety of excellent golf courses including the famous La Manga course, a short drive away. Other golf courses are also in the near vicinity including Villamartin, Las Rambles & Campomar golf.
Travel
Less than 10 minutes from Murcia's San Javier airport. Approximately 55 minutes drive from Alicante by car.

10 minutes walk from Los Alcazares town where a number of bars and restaurants can be found.

£100 non refundable deposit holds the dates you choose/available. Full payment 6 weeks before departure.
£100 damages deposit, returned within 7 days of departure, assuming there is no damage to the property, made payable 6 weeks before departure At least one member of the party must be over 25. Air conditioning available at £10 a week.
