Notes on prices
Call for Last Minute Rates & Winter Special. Changeover day is flexible.
Minimum stay (charge) is 7 nights with exception of Nov to Feb when we offer 3 nights for £400, 4 nights for £500 & 5 nights for £600. The apartment will be ready for occupation by 4pm on the day of arrival, and should be vacated by Noon on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise in advance. Occupancy - Max capacity of the apartment is 6. We regret we cannot accommodate children under 8 years of age.

Kitchen: Fully fitted Siematic Kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Fully equipped with all necessary dishes & utensils, kettle and toaster.
Utility Room: Drying room for any wet gear etc.
Living Rooms: Beautiful lounge with twin patio doors accessing the terrace. Three leather sofas (3 seaters of which one is a double sofa bed). 32" LCD television with DVD player and SKY TV. Comfortably furnished with side and coffee tables, lamps etc. Air conditioned.
Other: Dining area within kitchen seating 6 in comfort.
Cleaning/towels/

All towels and linen are provided with a weekly maid service with change of bedding and towels.

Coast/Beach
The stunning beach at Alcaidesa is beautifully unspoiled (but still has a couple of really good beach restaurants) and is only a 10 minute drive from the apartment.
Sotogrande beach with its nearby marina is 15 minutes away.
Tarifa (and surrounding area) offers vast open beaches which are a mecca for windsurfers.

Golf
San Roque Club has two world class golf courses, Golf School and Driving Range within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Valderrama, Sotogrande, Almenara, La Canada, La Reserva and Alcaidesa (links course) golf courses are a 10 minute drive.

Travel
Malaga Airport (via toll motorway) is approx 1 hour.
Gibralter Airport is 15/20 minutes.
Car Hire is recommended and is available at both airports.

Walking distance to San Roque Golf & Country Club which offers lunches on the terrace and dinner in the bar, the main restaurant or their authentic Japanese restaurant. Pueblo Nuevo (10mins drive) for supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, bank, chemist. Sotogrande (10mins drive) for bars, restaurants, marina, beaches, watersports. Gibraltar (20 mins drive). Puerto Banus / Marbella (30/40 mins drive) for excellent shopping, bars, restaurants, beaches, marina and a lively nightlife.

Our apartment offers relaxing living and security for families, adult groups, golfers and those seeking a luxurious and upmarket holiday on the Costa del Sol. Well located for the beach, golf and superb water sports, it also has access to the more cosmopolitan nightlife & restaurants of Puerto Banus.
The luxury San Roque Golf & Country Club resort offers guests excellent on-site facilities. Good local shops and supermarket for day to day needs.

Booking notes
Making your booking - After receiving your enquiry we will confirm availability by email at which time we will email a rental agreement and hold the booking for 7 days pending receipt of the signed rental agreement and your deposit cheque for £300. Deposit cheques will be cashed and are non refundable in the event of cancellation prior to payment of the full rental amount. Rental Payment – The full rental price will then be payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
