Notes on prices
Prices are for rental of the apartment. Stays can be charged weekly or nightly, subject to min stay of 4 nights (7 nights Nov - Mar). Changeover day is flexible, and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. NB/ Our prices are very competitive and include clean linen and towels and cleaning after your departure. If you require any extra cleaning / bedding changes, these can be arranged at an added charge of £40 per visit. A £2 per day charge is also applicable to cover utilities.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible to suit, on a first come, first served basis. The apartment is available from 2pm on the arrival date, and must be vacated at 10am on the date of departure.

Outside
The Font Rotja complex is built around a central communal swimming pool with separate children's splash pool. The apartment contains 2 sun loungers which can be taken down to the pool area.
Coast/Beach
Albir's blue flag semi-shingle beach is approximately 15 minutes walk away, and runs the length of the resort, alongside a smart promenade, to a Marina in the nearby resort of Altea.
Travel
Alicante is the closest airport - approximately 45km down the coast. Transfers can be arranged, although the airport does offer car hire facilities and a taxi rank, and there is also a relatively cheap shuttle bus from the airport to Benidorm - from here Albir is a short taxi ride away.
Distances
The picturesque market town of Altea is approx 3km and a lovely walk away, while the party resort of Benidorm is approx 5km south. A regular bus runs to both resorts and a bus stop and taxi rank are situated across the road from the Font Rotja complex. Approx 10km away you will also find the Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks.
Further details
Albir is a cosmopolitan resort with a lovely laid-back atmosphere. It boasts many restaurants, offering cuisine from Spanish and Argentinian to Dutch and English. It also has a lovely promenade which comes alive at night as people mingle along the coastline and in the beachfront cafe bars. There are a number of large supermarkets close to the apartment, and also many shops and a few banks.
Booking notes
A non-refundable bond of £100 secures a booking, and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. a 50% deposit is required for long-lets of 4 weeks plus. A refundable bond of £100 forms part of the booking agreement and is paid with the deposit. This bond covers loss or damage to the apartment and its contents, plus the return of the keys. Payment can be made by cheque or most debit/credit cards.
