A 1 bedroom apartment in El Capistrano, Nerja. Nestled in the foothills of the Reserva Nacional De Sierra De Tenjeda (national park) is Nerja a charming former fishing village. Here you will find El Capistrano Village, an exclusive development built in a typical Andalucian style of villas and apartments which has only added to and enhanced Nerjas charm. Found in what must be amongst the most beautiful part of the Costa del Sol with its excellent climate and relaxed atmosphere. El Capistrano is awash with colour with footpaths threading their way between the whitewashed villas and apartments. The centre of Nerja is 1km away and is served by a public bus. The Burriana Beach, a blue flag beach, and the Mediterranean are also only 1km from Capistrano downhill. Amid the splendour of the gardens are 2 very attractive swimming pools with sunbeds and pool bars.

Notes on prices
We now except Credit Card payments through Paypal. A Paypal account is not required providing the card holder has an email address.
Winter lets i.e. 30 October - 31 March are as follows: Prices are £135/175 euros for the first week and £100/130 euros for the subsequent weeks. Prices for long lets will increase to £110/140 euros a week from January 2009.
N.B. no price increases for Easter, Whit or school half term holidays. We have a minimum charge of £110/140 euros.
Changeover day
There is no specific changeover day, (due to low cost airlines). Arrival time is 3pm and departure is 11.30am.
Accommodation

| Kitchen: | Kitchen consists of oven/hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | Dining table has 4 place settings, the lounge has 2 double sized sofa beds, satellite TV, CD/MP3 player and a feature fireplace and table top fan. There are 2 radiators for the winter season. |
| Other: | From the lounge there is a covered terrace with table and 4 chairs, this overlooks a small private walled garden with 2 sunbeds and a BBQ. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis (4 bath and 4 hand towels). The property is cleaned by maid service ready for your arrival. |

The property is not suitable for people with walking difficulties as there are stairs to climb to reach the swimming pool area.

Outside
There is a covered terrace with table and 4 chairs, this overlooks a small private walled garden with 2 sunbeds and a BBQ. A flight of stairs takes you to 1 of the 2 magnificent landscaped shared pools, a further set of stairs takes you to the second pool both are served by a life guard. There is a pool bar serving both food and drinks. NB: The pools are seasonal.
Coast/Beach
There are 7 beaches in and around Nerja. The biggest and probably the best is the Burriana beach, a blue flag beach it is the closest to our apartment about a 15 minute walk downhill, 3 minutes by car. There are some wonderful beach restaurants here, with AYO`s a must. Also there is a scuba diving school for experienced or first time divers.
Golf
The Baviara Golf course is about 15 minutes along the coast road by car.
Skiing
For those who want to combine a beach holiday with a skiing holiday. You can ski in the Sierra Nevada mountain range (Granada) which is about a 90 minute drive.
Travel
Malaga airport: 45-60 minutes by car. Granada airport 1 hour 35 mins by car. Car hire is not essential once in Nerja, but a car or taxi is the easiest way to reach Nerja. An airport taxi is about €75, a pre booked Nerja taxi charges €64 either way.

Distances
Nerja town centre and famous Balcon de Europe is about a 20 minute walk, 1 euro by bus and 5 euros by taxi. Frigliana, a little mountain village (with a Sunday market) is about 10 minutes by car. The Nerja caves (very popular venue) are 5 minutes by car.
Further details
For tennis fans there are tennis courts at the entrance to Capistrano which you can book at the Capistrano reception area. The town centre has an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes, with a truly cosmopolitan feel. For shopping, again the town centre has a wealth of shops from gift shops to designer. For food shopping Capistrano Village has a small but well stocked mini market. There is a larger supersol by the main entrance of Capistrano village.
