This villa is situated in a very convenient position, 3 minutes walk to the local El Faro beach. Within 5 minutes walk to a great selection of bars, restaurants and mini supermarkets.
All bedrooms are large double, The living room is extra large and extremely comfortable, leading out onto a large patio that overlooks the beach. in the tranquil of the night you can see cruise liners passing which can be spectacular when they are all lit up.
As the villa is detached there is never disturbances from the surrounding neighbours.
The villa is ideal for numerous type holidays. Families to have their own private space and enjoy a relaxing holiday to remember.
Golfers that like to be close to different choices of golf course, the villa is situated within 5 - 20 minutes of up to at least 7 choices of golf courses.
Groups of up to 8 people that can stay and share under the one roof and enjoy the facilites of the local amenities.

El faro Beach is 3 mins walk. Different water sports available Fuengirola beach within 4 mins drive. Fuengirola beack is 16 km long and has the most beautiful walk ways to allow you to take nice long or short walks as you overlook the busy beaches.
On both beaches there are bar and restaurants while you take the sun.
Golf
There is a selection of at least 7 golf courses within 5 - 20 minutes drive from the villa.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada skiing resort just 2 hours drive.
Special interest holidays
Water sports are all located within 4 minutes drive to Fuengirola beach. There is plenty of storage space at the villa for equipment e.g. surf boards and golf clubs.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 20 minutes drive. Taxis and car hire available at the airport.
Distances
Fuengirola is 5 minutes drive. Tivoli World a must if you have children 15 minutes drive. Fuengirola Zoo 4 minute drive, Belamedena Seaworld 15 minute drive, boat trips from Fuengirola port, dolphin watch and water sports all within a 4 - 10 minute drive. Horse racing and casinos.
Further details
Siesta is very popular in Spain. During the summer the banks all close at lunchtime. There are a number of shopping centers close by that stay open all day and there is also a cinema.

Booking confirmation deposit of £250 [non refundable] is required when booking. Balance + £200 refundable bond due 4 weeks before holiday. The bond secures your dates and also acts as a security against breakages and damages. Discounts are available when booking in advance. No cheques. All payments must be cleared before arrival.
