Very well equipped 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment just inland from Torrevieja, set amongst Orange Groves with views of the surrounding countryside. Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom. South/west facing terrace and garden with lovely views. Shared pool. The Entre Naranjos complex is just minutes from the motorway to Alicante and within easy reach of several quiet or lively beach resorts, typical Spanish towns and several top golf courses. The nearest golf course being La Finca, which is about 5 mins drive. The old town of Orihuela is also a short drive away.

Changeover day

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on the ground floor, in a very quiet position on the 'edge' of the complex, with beautiful views. Heating is provided in the winter months. There are overhead fans in both bedrooms and free standing fans in living area.

Outside
The garden and terrace are facing south/west, with a table, 4 chairs, sun-loungers and parasol. The communal pool is regularly maintained and is about 2 mins walk away. You will have your own key to the pool area.
Coast/Beach
The coast is very varied and is about 15/20 mins drive from the complex. Guardamar, which is very popular with the Spanish, and Flamenca have endless stretches of sand with many facilities. There are several other beaches, including La Zenia, which are well worth a visit.
Golf
La Finca, 18 hole 1st class golf course, approx 7 mins.
Las Ramblas, challenging 18 hole course, approx 15 mins.
Campomoar, lovely course & club house, approx 15 mins.
Villa Martin, Championship Course, approx 15 mins.
The La Manga Golf Complex is about 45 mins drive away.
Travel
Alicante airport is approx 35/40 mins drive on the motorway and the exit is very close to the complex. Murcia airport is also approx 30 min drive on the motorway.
Distances
The towns of Los Montesinos and San Miguel are only a few mins drive (approx 4/5 miles). Orihuela is about 12 miles, Torrevieja approx 9 miles, Guardamar approx 10 miles.
Further details
A baker and a wine van visit the complex daily. The two local towns (Los Montesinos and San Miguel), both have supermarkets, banks and restaurants. There is also a huge Carrefour Hypermarket just outside Torrevieja.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required and this is non-refundable. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. There is a cleaning charge of 40 euros which is to be paid directly to the key holder on arrival. Departure time to be agreed with the key holder.
