Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday is preferred, with arrival after 3pm and departure by 11am. It may however be possible to offer some flexibility to the above.

Notes on accommodation
The Complex is fully fenced and has a 24 hour manned security gate with patrols both by car and on foot. There is intercom access to the apartment. Underfloor heating is available. This accommodation is suitable for children. No smoking in the apartment and no pets allowed. As this ground floor apartment has one short flight of stairs it is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Outside
The south facing terrace is equipped with table and 4 chairs and has extensive views of both the landscaped gardens and the golfcourse. A short flight of stone steps takes you to the garden and on to the swimming pools and barbecue area. The swimming pool is approximately 14m x 10m with a waterfall, palm tree island and underwater lights. There is also a large childrens pool. Surrounding the pool are sunloungers, tables and sun umbrellas whilst further tables and chairs can be found under the covered barbecue area where a gas barbecue is provided for residents and guests.
Coast/Beach
The Costa del Azahar has over 120 kilometres of coastline with beautiful blue flag beaches in abundance. The nearest to the apartment can be found at Vinaros (15 kilometres) where fine sandy beaches and warm waters await. There is also a fishing port where the internationally famous Vinaros prawns are snapped up by the restauranteurs and prepared for your culinary delight. Within easy reach are many other safe and gently shelving beaches.
Golf
The Panoramica Golf Course, designed by Bernhard Langer and opened in 1995, is a quality 72 par course with outstanding practice facilities. It is a challenging course with 6 water hazards and is routed through a gently rolling landscape of olive trees with a backdrop of the surrounding hills and mountains. Such is the reputation of Panoramica it was chosen to host the 2005 Ladies PGA Tour Spanish Open. Although it is a championship course it can be enjoyed by all abilities and the friendly clubhouse provides a welcome end to an experience you will want to repeat again and again. The home course of Sergio Garcia at Borriol and further courses at Castellon, Valencia, Reus and Tarragona are all within an easy drive of the apartment.
Travel
Car hire is recommended for your stay at the apartment which is just a short drive from the main north to south motorway, the A-7. There is easy access to the 3 main airports from this motorway. Barcelona - 180 km Reus - 100 km Valencia - 150 km

Vineros - 15km. Coastal town and fishing port. Castellon - 80km. Provisional capital. Ebro Delta - 30km. Birdwatchers paradise. Morella - 50km. 1,000 year old city in the sky. Peniscola - 25km. Medieval walled town with castle. San Jordi - 5km. Pretty little local village.
Further details
There are many places of interest within easy reach. From the beautiful little local village of San Jordi to the magnificent fortified town of Morella. From the rice fields of the Ebro Delta, once featured by Bill Oddie for its abundance of wildlife, to the city and shops of Castellon. Peniscola, a favourite of the Spanish, is a must with its medieval castle jutting out into the sea and its tiny cobbled streets. And besides the hidden villages another of the many surprises amongst the mountains is the reservoir of Ulldecona where vultures and eagles fly the thermals in timeless fashion.
Booking notes
A 10% deposit is payable (non refundable) on booking with balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. A damage protection deposit of £100 must also be paid with the balance due. This will be returned following the inspection of the apartment.
