Our apartments, new in 2005, are part of Oliva Nova Golf & Beach resort and are a 2 mins drive from the first tee and clubhouse. The 18-hole course, designed by Seve Ballesteros, is a wonderful Spanish variation on a traditional British links. One side is bordered by natural sand dunes and a magnificent beach that stretches for miles, while the other is fringed with orange groves overlooked by the majestic ridges of the Sierra Gallinera mountain range.

Living Room: Spacious and full of light with a giant L-shaped sofa to sink into and relax or use as a bed. Folding dining table and chairs. Satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi. rench window which gives access to quiet and secluded balcony with dining table and chairs. Fold-down single bed also supplied.
Kitchen: Separate kitchen finished to a high standard with granite tops, quality tiling, fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric juicer, ceramic hob and oven. Also a large selection of Spanish cooking utensils and dishes perfect for those who like to cook the wonderful local produce for themselves.
Bathroom: Again finished to a high standard, bath with power shower, bidet, and washhand basin with a large feature mirror with make-up lights.
Bedroom: Fully fitted and shelved double wardrobe. Two twin beds or together as a king-size double, attractive bedside cabinets and wall reading lights. The bedroom window looks on to the balcony.

Living Room: Large, light and airy with sight lines to the outside terrace and through to the kitchen which looks on to the mountains. Large, shady terrace overlooking swimming pool with dining table & chairs for six.
Bedroom 1: Twin or double bed with fully fitted and shelved double wardrobe. Direct accesss on to terrace overlooking pool. Ensuite bathroom finished to a high quality with bath, powershower, bidet and a charming picture window which gives views of the mountains beyond.
Bedroom 2: Twin or double bed with fully fitted and shelved double wardrobe. Two french windows with small balconies giving lovely views of the mountains.

10 min walk or 1 min drive to beach and sand dunes which stretch for miles between the towns of Denia and Gandia.

Alicante airport - 1hr 15 min drive. Valencia airport - 45 mins drive. Murcia airport- 2hr drive.

Further details
Oliva Nova has its own bank and supermarket on site and the same centre also has two bars, a bakery, a takeaway food service, and a hairdresser. A full range of shops and markets can be found in nearby Oliva town. There is a kite-surfing school on the nearby beach and there are local English-speaking guides who organise cycle and walking trips in the nearby Gallinera hills.
