Our villa is situated within 40 mins of Jerez airport and is on the Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light). On the 1st floor it consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. It also has a large family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a shower room and WC, kitchen/breakfast room and lounge/diner. There is an oven, hob, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, satellite TV and CD player. In the manicured gardens of around 1,000 square meters there is a good size swimming pool (8m x 4m), waterfall, well and numerous plants including grape vines, a nectarine tree and fig tree. Within 45 mins there are 7 major golf clubs, the closest of which is in Novo Sancti Petri and only a four minute drive away. This consists of 2 18 hole courses designed by Seve Ballesteros. Also in Novo Sancti Petri there is horse riding, football, tennis, paddle tennis, a clinic, banks, shops, bars and restaurants. Only a 1 min drive away is La Barrosa beach.

Changeover day
There is not a set changeover day but on the days of arrival and departure the villa must be empty between 10am and 2pm for cleaning.

Outside
1000 square metres of well maintained gardens with private pool. The garden is walled a totally private. There is a covered terrace with table and chairs for 8 people and also another table and chairs on the lawned area. There is a large BBQ. Sunbeds and chairs are provided.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is La Barrosa which is 1km (15 min walk) away. It stretches down the coast for 8km. Beach bars serving excellent food are open during the summer months.
Golf
There several golf clubs in the area, the nearest of which is Novo Sancti Petri which is a 4 min drive away. There are 2 courses there which were designed by Seve Ballesteros, the main course will challenge golfers of any standard and the 2nd is only slightly easier. There is also San Adreas golf which is withih 5 mins and has been established 25 years. It is a 9 hole course where accuracy plays a big part but also ideal for beginners and youngsters wishing to take up the sport.
Travel
Jerez is the nearest airport just 40 mins away. Seville is about 90 mins, Gibraltar 75 mins and Malaga 2½ hours. The nearest port is cadiz about 20 mins.
Distances
Chiclana is the main town in the area and dates back 100's of years. Novo Sancti Petri (5 mins drive away) is more modern with hotels, restaurants and all other amenities situated along the coastline. 25 mins drive south takes you to the old Moorish fishing village of Conil de la Fronterra which is well worth a visit during the evening.
Further details
The nearest supermarket is 1km away and stocks a wide variety of produce including fresh fish and vegetables. There are 2 bars within 200 metres one of which is a Tapas Bar.
