Changeover day
Usual changeover days are Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Flexibility possible.

Notes on accommodation
For safety reasons we are unable to accept children under 8 years. A car is essential.
Outside
Private solar heated pool (8m x 4m) with large terrace containing comfortable sunbeds and dining area. The dining room and lounge open to a further terrace with dining table, chairs and reclining chairs. Conservatory with reclining chairs and dining table. Roof terrace. All terraces face south west and have stunning mountain views. The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden and is completely private with no nearby villas.
Coast/Beach
Mojacar Beach with its many beach bars and restaurants is twenty minutes drive away (10 kilometres).
Golf
Golf, tennis, watersports and horseriding are all available within a few minutes drive.
The local 9 hole golf course in valley of Cortijo Grande is just 10 minutes drive and numerous other courses can be found in and around nearby Mojacar.
Travel
Almeria airport is 40 minute drive from Villa.
Alicante airport is 2 hours' drive from Villa.
A car is essential.
Distances
The bustling village of Turre with its many shops and restaurants is 4 kilometres distance from villa (10 minute drive).
The Moorish village of Cabrera (with two excellent restaurants) is a 5 minute mountain drive.

Banks and supermarkets and restaurants are located in local village of Turre.
Booking notes
Bookings taken over the internet or telephone. 20% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance required 6 weeks prior to start of holiday date.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is required with final payment.
