The villa is cleaned and linen/towels changed between lets. Beach towels are not provided.

 

Notes on accommodation
The villa has central heating for those chilly winter months and air conditioning (hot and cold) for those warmer months.
The villa is suitable and safe for children - gardens are fully enclosed and pool is also fully enclosed with lockable gates.

There is a 5 bedroom villa next door (Ref. S5223 on this site) which is owned by a friend. There is a gate between the two properties, thus providing excellent extra accommodation for larger parties.

Pool - Large 10 x 5 private pool (fully maintained) with roman style steps including a large pool patio area with table and chairs and comfortable sun loungers! The terrace also houses an outside shower

Coast/Beach
The northern Costa Blanca is one of the most beautiful green and fertile areas of Spain. Superb sandy beaches stretch for mile after mile. The beach resorts of Denia, Oliva, Javea, Moraira and Calpe are all within easy driving distance.
The nearest beach is an 8 minute drive from Monte Pego. The Costa Blanca is famous for its miles of beaches. The EU has awarded the region more Blue Flags for clean and safe bathing than any other on the continent.

Golf
Club de Golf Oliva Nova: 18 holes, par 72, designed by Severiano Ballesteros. 10 min drive.
Club de Golf 'La Sella': 18 holes, par 72, designed by Jose Maria Olazabal. 20 min drive.
Campo de Golf El Saler: 18 holes, par 72, designed by Javier Arana. Voted 2nd best course in Europe by Golf World and has hosted several Spanish Opens. 60 min drive.
There are also several other courses within easy reach of Monte Pego.
At least 10 additional courses within an hour's drive.

Travel
Monte Pego is equidistant between Alicante and Valencia airports, both approximately 1 hour's motorway drive.
A car is essential.
Airport pick up service can be provided at an additional cost.

Distances
Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Cullera water park are each around 30 minutes drive and a safari park is just 5 mins away. Denia is a lively town and port full of shops, bars and restaurants.

Further details
The villa is ideal for relaxing and active holidays alike. In Monte Pego itself there are 3 restaurants, bars, a bank and tennis facilities. Other activities close by are water sports, go karting, horseriding and cycling. There are numerous areas both on the coast and inland to explore and the Costa Blanca has a marvellous climate for most of the year.

Booking notes
Booking deposit 50%. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £300. Price includes villa cleaning before arrival and on departure, a linen change each week and all services.
Special rates for long period lets are available.
