Large sunny terrace - sun all day

Set in a semi-rural location this charming villa boasts spectacular views. Located 10 mins from the sea. Luxuriously furnished with everything you would expect from an owner who has equipped this villa with everything she would expect for herself. In a location that is for exploring the Costa Blanca, with its typically Spanish villages and coastline. The cosmopolitan town of Denia with its Marina and promenade is just 15 mins by car. Tree lined streets boasting excellent restaurants and shopping. The promenade captures the views of the picturesque castle and coastline. The beach at Denia with plenty of room to stretch out on the sand and take in those Mediterranean breezes on those long sunny days. That is if you could bear to leave the villa pool. Around the villa there are several little white washed walled towns with their little shops and markets, boot sales. Ideal for exploring and taking in the gorgeous countryside dripping with its lemons oranges almond fig and olive trees.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Will also accept payment in dollars in USA. Late bookings - 1 week from departure = 10% discount. Short lets or midweek lets from 3 days or 10 days when available.
Long let November, December, January @ £850 per month
Repeat bookings 10% discount.
3 months winter long let for winter let November until March 10% discount. or negotiable.
Long stay prices inc of all bills.

Changeover day
No changeover day. But weekend is best suited to everyone.We do however accommodate most guests needs we like to help as much as possible in helping guests choose the most reasonable flights we offer short break holidays and also 10 day prices on request.

Accommodation

 

Notes on accommodation
The villa is child friendly and has everything to make their holiday complete. All beach toys, pool toys. Walt Disney videos, lilos, arm bands, parasols for beach and pool. playpen, dishes etc. Some villas charge for air-condtioning up to 100 euros a week, I'm pleased to say we do not. During the Winter there are oil heaters and a gas heater and hot air-conditioning to keep you warm. There is plenty of storage space in the Villa for clothes etc. In the master bedroom there's a long unit with plenty of space and hair dryer, curling tongs, ceramic hair straightner. Also baskets for your Beach wear. There is a double fitted wardrobe, a safe and there are two chest of drawers by the 4 poster bed. The twin room has a large black chest of draws to match the chandelier. A double wardrobe a box chest between the beds which can be moved to make room for a z bed for 5th person or cot. Theres plenty of spare bedding cot sheets are provided, changing mat potty etc for baby Play pen for outside.

Accessibility
My father was not very good on his legs we would walk dad around the villa on a walkway with a slight incline which takes him into the villa thru the twin bedroom door. He managed fine the Villa is on the flat he found it easy to get around. If he needs to sit there are plenty of chairs around the terraces. I would not recommend any severely disabled people. There is a walker on wheels available for use.

Outside
Private 8m x 4m pool. There's a number of terraces with patio furniture, 6 sun beds, outside shower. Theres a large awning on the terrace for shade the pool area gets very hot in summer. The terraces are all illuminated at night. Just off the Lounge Theres a Very Large terrace with a 6 seater dining Table and chairs great for alfresco Dining There are cushions stored in a Green Box on the Pool terrace for comfort A Lg wooden Barbeque is provided It runs on gas It sits on the Pool Terrace We normally ask our guests to clean the Barbeque after use There are Three Parasols situated around the Pool For Shade This Villa Gets Very hot in the Summer The Back of the Villa is a Suntrap So Shade is a premium The Villa sits in a 1500mts plot A Very Lg Rustic Garden with Olive and almond trees the Garden has been keft in its original form for growing these trees There are also a Lot of Gabbis lg cactis etc Also a Washing line and a very Lg sky dish From the Terraces you have fantastic views.

Coast/Beach
The beach at Denia is very LONG and very wide all soft Sand Walk on the Seashore for miles uninterupted. Water sports (jetskis pedaloes to hire )Childrens playarea Park next to the Beach (no Charge)so to take a Picnic Beds etc (provided at the villa) a Parasol a Must the seawind burns so plenty of Suncream (Best way to Get a great Tan) There is a Huge Marina to explore as well as Fishing Boats apleasure Boats doing trips to Javea calpe great sightseeing also a Seafront hippy market on the quay

Golf
There are 3 golf courses nearby: La Sella (3 miles), Oliva and Javea. If you want any details about Golf carole will help you get any information as to costs etc and will help as much as Possible All golf clubs Can be stored in Underbuild The Key will be provided

Special interest holidays
The villa caters for all types of holidays. Artists(the views are outstanding) walking, cycling and horse riding. For Cyclists We Have an Underbuild and lower Bathroom which is only provided for your use for storing Bikes artists easels etc& walkingboots

Also for those keen shoppers and marketgoers there is a large boot sale market on Sundays at Pedreguer, on Mondays there is a market at Denia, on Wednesdays at Benidorm, on Thursdays at Javea (a fishing port 12 kms away) and on Fridays at Denia. There are also lots of places to go if you have a family There is a safari park 10 mins away El Vergel. There is go-karting Just off the motorway. Caves at benidoleig. Horse riding. There is a new Shopping centre opening at Ondara hoping to be finished this summer (hopefully !). There are 2 really fantastic Chinese restaurants near the villa which are buffet style. The best Chinese I've ever tasted. You actually pick all your fresh food and give to the chef and he cooks it infront of you.

Travel
The Villa is situated 1 hr from either alicante or valencia Airport (Great prices to Valencia )ask Carole to Help get the Best Deals Even tho it is set in a rural Area This villa is Located to most attractions without been inthe centre of Noise and Lacking Privacy A Car Is a Must (ask Carole for help)for your Holiday to get you to the villa But to Go to all The Places the Owner recommends to Make your holiday complete She will tell you the Best Places to visit& the Best Restaurants to eat

Distances
Benidorm is 25 mins away it is the biggest entertainment centre in Spain, Terra Mitica fun park, Aqualandia, market, bars and restaurants, something for everyone. The Benidorm Palace is a Las Vegas show topless dancers and flamenco at its best. Theres a casino at Villiahoysa. For Shoppers theres a Massive Indoor Shopping Centre 8 mins drive from the Villa at Ondara Lots of shops Zara a Zara Home C&A Casa Eroski supermarket. For non-shoppers a Mcdonalds cinema food halls and go carts next door.

Further details
As I Have told you so much about the Villa Shopping Is now on the table I love shopping! In 2008 they are building a Great big shopping centre in the Next Town There will lots of Different outlets from Clothes homewear Eating houses to handbags etc Great if the weather turns a bit cloudy (any excuse ).The spanish people Take their food very Seriously with fabulous fish and meat restaurants where ever you look. There are also Lots of English restaurants near by serving british food with Entertainment Chinese Restaurants and chinese shops selling all sorts are on every street corner But I Have a really 2 Great favourites for buying Food there are several different supermarkets specialising in different things Mercadona is my favourite there are Lidls aldis masmammas spar and lots of others mcdonalds Burgerking they are all here Suprise suprise For those who like a Tipple Try The Spanish Cava at 1 pound a bottle wines from50p There are several ways to get change The Best way of course is to bring euros with you or Bankcard Nationwide is the best they do not charge Halifax natwest barclays they all charge There is a Barclays halifax in denia There is also a Cam bank in the village of Benidoleig there is a Post office dentist spar shop Tobacco shop bits and pieces shop5 bars and wait for it Plastic surgery in the village Denia is a very cosmopolitan town witheverything there for you Great clothes shops shoe shops zara mango great bars serving tapas to 3 course meals There are 2 markets a week Mon fri Also a big Big boot sale on a sun at pedreguer left at the bottom of the Villa Also there you will find a Next to Nothing shop seeling all next catalogue items dead cheap there is a booklet in the Villa which will advise all the guests what places to go to Whether it be Benidorm where there is terra mitica Mundomar Aqualandia There are discount vouchers in the Villa for your use Carole will advise you what ever your needs as a Family or couple ask for prices etc

Booking notes
20% taken at time of booking by cheque a receipt will be sent then full balance 8 wks before departure. There is also a pay as you go scheme where you can send any amount whenever you wish. 8 wks before departure when the balance is paid directions from either airport will be sent, along with a final receipt. It is straight forward. Theres a key safe at the villa so what ever time you arrive you have a no problem to enter. Entry is normally about 2pm Departure at 10am to allow for cleaning etc.
