This beautiful penthouse is set on the 5th floor, with lift, of a private enclosed holiday complex set in lovely manicured gardens within a few mins walk to the beach. An exceptionally large private terrace offers truly amazing sea views towards the mountains of North Africa and Gibraltar. The complex itself has 2 huge beautiful pools, one of them heated. Within the grounds there is also a children's pool, paddling pool, WC area, an aviary and a gym, a mini-golf has been put in recently, In high season a poolside snack bar is open. You could not ask for better family facilities all within walking distance of your own front door. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and there is a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a main bathroom and 2nd shower room. Linen and towels are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. The large comfortably furnished lounge is equipped with satellite TV showing the basic BBC channels.

Bathrooms: 1 main bathroom with Bidet and fully tiled and 1 shower room with toilet and wash basin, fully tiled.
Kitchen: Cooker, Halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board., kettle, toaster.
Living Rooms: Includes dining area with table and 6 chairs, 32 inch flat screen TV, with DVD and CD player and a sofa and a sofa bed. Air conditioning in the lounge/dining room and ceiling fans.
Coffee table and two side tables.
Other: The apartment boasts a large terrace with fabulous sea views, and also overlooks the garden swimming pool at the back and the heated pool, mini-golf and two Pool Tables etc at the front. All the views are beautiful. The terrace is not overlooked at all.

Notes on accommodation
Apartment includes air conditioning/ heating. The apartment is suitable for children. The property is ideal for wheelchair access providing the wheelchair is not too wide. A 32 inch flat screen TV with a DVD and CD player is in the apartment. There are books available in a drawer in the Lounge, only in English I'm afraid.

Accessibility
A lift takes you to the 5th floor but very wide wheelchairs may not be able to get through the doors, it is therefore advisable to check with owner the width of the wheelchair before booking.

Outside
A communal swimming pool in the gardens plus a heated pool by the Bar/Restaurant is only a part of what·s on offer. The very large terrace is a sun trap with six sun loungers and a table that seats six and another one that seats two there are various plants and palms which make it a very attractive place to sunbathe in private and with spectacular views to Mediterranean and the coast of Africa what more could you wish for, all our guests say that this is the "jewel in the crown" for them and is far lovelier than in the photos. A Barbeque on terrace completes the picture. Also within the grounds are Mini-Golf, a Mini-Gym, two Pool Tables, Bar and access to a computer. If you would like a Beauty treatment or massage, or hairdressers they can be booked through Crown Resorts.

5 mins walk to beach.

Golf
Miraflores, La Cala and Calahonda golf courses within 5 mins driving. Major international golf courses within 10/15 mins driving.

Skiing
1 hour and half drive to Sierra Nevada where you will find most snow sports such as Skiing and Snowboarding.

Travel
30 mins drive to Malaga Airport. Although a car is handy, if you don·t want to drive the apartment is a few minutes away from Restaurantes, Bars and shops and the Beach is just across the Road, There is also a Bus Stop nearby to Marbella or Fuengirola where you can catch a train to Benalmadena or Torremolinos. A few minutes away is a Taxi service, so you wont be isolated at all.

10 mins drive to Fuengirola, 12 mins drive to the centre of Marbella. 15 mins drive to Puerto Banus. 1 hour to Gibraltar. 15 mins drive to Benalmadena/Torremolinos. 2 hours to Granada and 2 hours to Sevilla. 15 mins drive to Mijas Village. 1½ hours drive to El Chorro (The lakes).

About the owner
Hi, My name is Lynn, I have been living in Spain for the last 10 years. My husband, Dennis, and I let out our penthouse apartment for holiday lets. We enjoy meeting our guests and try to make their stay here as good as we possibly can. We live just up the road from the apartment, so are on hand to help our guests, should any problems arise. We have had some really nice people stay here and we keep in touch with quite a few of them. My husband works here in Spain which keeps him fit and active. We have been married for over 31 years and had a lovely 25th anniversary party in the penthouse, when we lived there. Hopefully, we will have our 35th wedding anniversary in the penthouse, if it is not occupied, where we can again, dance the night away on the terrace.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We fell in love with the Penthouse the moment we set eyes on it. As soon as we opened the door, you could see right through the lounge to the sea. The kitchen was larger than in the other apartments we had seen and when we walked onto the terrace, that really clinched the deal. The terrace was so big compared to the small balconies that most of the properties had and the sea views were stunning. The amount of bars and restaurants within walking distance was also a big plus and the fact that you had two supermarkets also within a five minutes walk, made such a difference. We didn't have a car when we first bought the penthouse but found it very easy to get about as there is a regular Bus service and a local taxi rank here which can take you into Fuengirola or Marbella.

Unique benefits of the property
The two bed-roomed Penthouse has everything that you need in it, although it is on the 5th floor, there is a lift which a lot of the apartments don't have. Also the gardens are attended from Monday to Friday and the swimming pools are checked to make sure they are cleaned very day. We also have the benefit of being able to use the Crown Resorts facilities, which give another dimension to the holiday, this includes the mini-golf, mini-gym, two pool tables a children's play area, an astro-turfed area for playing football or basket ball a swimming pool and a snack bar which serves hot and cold food and drinks, so you don't have to leave your sunbeds to go off for your lunch. In high season the staff of Crown Resorts also do entertainment for the children. This is all within the grounds.
