Our house 'Casa Blanca' is a lovely newly built house in 2004. The house has 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a garden with parking. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a balcony. The roof terrace has open views and is ideal for private sunbathing. The house is south facing and has the sun all day, the garden terrace can provide shade. The house has access to a lovely communal pool/garden area, which is directly behind the house. The area is ideally situated for golfers and non-golfers and their families. 2 mins from VillaMartin Golf plus many more championship courses close by. Only 10 minutes stroll or 2 minutes by car to the popular and well-established Villamartin Plaza where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and banks. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are only a short drive.

Changeover day
Change over day is flexible. Normal check in 2pm, check out 10am. This can be flexible dependent on others leaving before your visit and arriving after your visit.

There is a variety of outdoor furniture: tables, garden chairs, folding chairs, parasols. The shared pool has a shallow section for young children.
Coast/Beach
There are a very good variety of top quality beaches; all awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety, just a few minutes drive away. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are ideal for sun seekers, there are beach bars and restaurants, plus children's play areas, and sun beds. The climate is perfect for a mid-day swim between two rounds of golf. There is free parking and showers along the beaches.
Golf
The Villamartin area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. It benefits from a dry climate in the winter months. There is reportedly an average of only 5 days rainfall between November and March.
Villamartin Club The Golf: 18-hole international championship course, 6037 yards long, 72 par. Facilities includes clubhouse, restaurants and bars, swimming pool and tennis courts.
Real Club De Golf Campoamor: 18 holes, 6056 yards long, par 72. Facilities include clubhouse, exclusive bars and restaurants with fantastic views of the surrounding area and the Mediterranean Sea. Las Ramblas Golf Club: 18 holes, 5679 yards long, par 72. Facilities include bars, restaurants.
La Finca: (approx 20-minute drive) 18 holes, 6049 yards long, par 72. Facilities include clubhouse, bars and restaurants.
Travel
Torrevieja has miles of beautiful beaches on which many water sports can be found. There are also churches and museums in Torrevieja.
Approx. 40 mins. drive from Alicante or 20 mins. from Murcia airport based in South Costa Blanca. This region enjoys good year-round temperatures and has some of the cleanest beaches within Europe situated locally. There is a good motorway close by. A car is not necessary, but useful.
Distances
It's situated 5 kms from Torrevieja town centre and is located close to several blue flag beaches. Popular with golfers and non-golfers alike. Torrevieja is just a short drive away where you can enjoy shopping, a large street market, evening street stalls, a marina, yacht club plus many cafes, bars and restaurants. For the children there is a Tivoli (fun fair) Aqua Park (open summer times) go karting.
Further details
The Plaza at Villamartin offers both young and old an enjoyable night out, with a lively multicultural mix of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Set among palm trees with a colourful array of resident parrots you can sit beneath them people watching soaking up the atmosphere! There is a 2nd floor with yet more entertainment.
Most of the bars, restaurants are open all the year round. There is also a small supermarket that carries many British products and newspapers and magazines.

Excludes: Beach and pool towels. Extra cleaning and linen change on request.
Terms: £100 non-refundable deposit to be paid on booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure date, (if booking is 6 weeks or less, full payment will be due immediately). Plus £150 security bond required (in the unlikely event of any breakages etc).
