A beautiful apartment situated on an 18 hole championship golf course designed by Barnard Langar, considered one of the most challenging courses in Europe and host of European Ladies Golf Championships. It has one of the best practice and training areas. New par 3 golf course is now open to all. Hire of golf equipment is available from the clubhouse. Panoramica is a peaceful location set amid orange groves with beautiful mountains just minutes away and also close to the historical town of Vinaros. Vinaros is renowned for its seafood cuisine, designer shops and lovely beaches with newly renovated pedestrian promenade area which is lovely to walk along. There is a well stocked supermarket on site and several bars/restaurants to choose from.

Notes on accommodation
Panoramica Golf Complex has a 24 hour manned security service which you access through the main gate. The complex is fenced all the way round making it safe and secure at all times. The apartment has air-conditioning/heating units for all year round use.
Outside
There are landscaped gardens around the apartment which are well maintained. The oval shaped shared pool (14m long by 10m wide) nearby has sunbeds and shower. Also included in the apartment is a patio table and 6 chairs so you can breakfast in the sun on the spacious veranda. There is a well stocked supermarket on the complex and also several restaurants/bars.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beaches of nearby Vinaros can be reached in 15 minutes drive. The scenic mountains, used by keen cyclists, can be reached by car within 15/20 minutes with some lovely restaurants along the way. Vinaros is renowned for its seafood and designer shops and festivals.
Golf
In this beautiful natural enclave, surrounded by orange groves, this 18 hole championship course was designed by Bernard Langar and is considered one of the most challenging courses in Europe. In the same way it has one of the best practice and training areas including 2 huge driving ranges and a practice par 3 course. The clubhouse includes a golf shop, bar, restaurant and changing facilities within minutes walk of the apartment. Hire of all golf equipment is available. There are also other restaurants/bars and close by. A new 18 hole par 3 course has recently been opened and is available to all. There is a set of golf clubs at the apartment which guests are welcome to use if they wish.

The area around Panoramica is a favorite with cyclists.
Travel
The nearest airport to the complex is Reus (50 mins drive), car hire is available (and recommended) from the airport. Excellent deals are available with low cost airlines.
Distances
Other places of interest nearby include Benicarlo (20 min drive) excellent for water sports, Peniscola (25 min drive) very historical and scenic, Morella 50km (45 mins), Valencia 90km (1hr 15 min drive) and Barcelona 100km (1 hour 45 min drive).
Further details
There is a small supermarket on the complex but also there are lots of large supermarkets, banks, chemists in nearby Vinaros and small store in San Rafael (15 mins drive). There is also a fantastic market in Vinaros open every day to buy fresh fish, meat, vegetables, fruit etc, with very friendly atmosphere. Also lots of bars and restaurants along the sea front.
Booking notes
10% deposit on booking (non-refundable) with the balance payable 4 weeks before commencement of booking. A £100 deposit against damages can be paid at this time, with the balance due, which will be returned after checking the apartment.
