Our fabulous three bedroomed apartment is a 5 minute drive from Puerto Banus and is situated on the highly desirable location of La Quinta. There are fabulous views to the sea from the two large sun terraces which face south and west so you have sun all day. We have high quality furnishings and all the modern conveniences that you could wish for.
Our community is gated and our apartment is just a few steps from the communal pool and separate children's pool. You have access to the other amenities on La Quinta including 5* hotel and 27 hole golf course.

We have two terraces. One leads from the lounge and bedroom 2 and has high quality dining furniture. The second is a roof terrace and is extremely large and includes a sofa and easy chairs together with sun loungers. Both terraces have fabulous views down to the sea.

Coast/Beach
Puerto Banus with its fantastic marina is a five minute drive. Marbella is around 15 minutes away.

Golf
La Quinta golf course is on the doorstep with others within a five minute drive.

Travel
La Quinta has easy motorway access and thus is around 40 minutes from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports.

Distances
There are many restaurants in nearby San Pedro and supermarkets are about 5 minutes away. La Canada shopping at Marbella is a 10 minute drive.

Booking notes
Normally we require a £200 deposit to secure the booking and the balance 10 weeks out. We also require a security deposit.
