Just outside the Andalucian village of Almajalejo, attached to the Main house. Stunning views of the mountains and set in acres of rustic land containing olive and pomegranate trees. For the discerning visitor who wants a very Spanish experience in this unspoilt part of Spain! Far enough into the countryside to enjoy walking, birdwatching and cycling, horse riding in the stunning Almanzora valley yet close enough to fabulous beaches, five star golf courses and the bustling towns of Huercal Overa and Moorish Mojacar. All within 15 and 30 minutes drive. The beaches of San Yuan de la Torres and Vera/Mojacar are an easy 25 minutes - that's if you can tear yourself away from the pool. A perfect base to explore the myriad of things that this area has to offer.

Changeover day
We are flexible on dates. Arrival after 4pm. Departure by 10am. (these times can be flexible depending on the next or previous booking). In any case you can still use the full facilities if you arrive early or leave late.

All towels and linen are included. Weekly change of all towels and linen. Pool towels are also included. |
Notes on accommodation
Wireless access to internet can be provided. Cots can be provided at an extra charge. Gas heaters are provided in case the weather gets chilly. The owners live at the Main house and their aim is to give the best service and accommodation in the area. The pool is only shared by the guests and owners.

Outside
The villa has its own patio with table/chairs leading onto the gardens then the pool area. There is an honesty Bar with cooking area - gas bbq and paella. Next to the bar there is a covered seating area. The Bar is stocked with crockery and equipment for outside use. The swimming pool is 24 ft x 14 ft with roman steps at one end. Loungers, mats, umbrellas etc are all provided.

San Yuan de los Terreros 25 minutes drive.
Mojacar/Garrucha 30 minutes drive.
Golf
Desert Springs and Valle de Este are within 25 minutes drive of the Villa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Almeria which is a 45 minute drive.
Alicante is 1.45 - 2 hrs drive.

Huercal Overa has many restaurants, supermarkets, banks and local shops. Leisure activites and places of interest include horse riding, ride your own saracen tank ! Hollywood theme park, aquapark, Sorba's subterranean caves, Nijar rugs and pottery, Lorca medieval castle and old town, Scuba Diving, mountain biking (bring own bike) fantastic trails.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made by Visa and Mastercard. There is a surcharge of 3% for this facility. A deposit of 30% is required to reserve accommodation. The balance must be paid ten weeks prior to the start date that the accommodation is required. Refunds on cancellations will be as follows:
