This exclusive private villa is exceptionally well located for every holiday requirement. Located on a hillside at the end of a quiet and private cul de sac within the prestigious urbanisation of Riviera del Sol, Villa Casa Blanca is within 10 minute walk of the beach, shops, golf, tennis & country club, bars and restaurants. It is equipped with air-conditioning for summer and heating for winter. The pool is flood-lit and the pool terrace, courtyard and gardens are equipped with outside lighting to enable you to enjoy the warm summer evenings out of doors. The pool and gardens are professionally maintained twice a week. Built around a beautiful Andalusian courtyard, the main villa is all on one level making it suitable for the elderly or disabled. There is sun virtually all day on the pool terrace. For safety reasons there are discreet gates which can be used to close off the pool terrace enabling children to play in the gardens without being able to access the pool.

25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.
Euros 100 supplement for 7th person.
Refundable damages deposit of euros 350 is required and owner's decision is final regarding any deductions.
Final clean included provided villa is left clean, any cleaning in excess of 5 hours is charged at 15 euros per hour.

Normally Saturday changeover day but can be flexible out of high season. Departure time 10am and access 4pm.

Bedrooms: The main master bedroom has lovely sea views, air-conditioning as well as a ceiling fan and a large en suite bathroom with two hand basins.
The two double guest rooms look over the private gardens; both have ceiling fans and one has air conditioning.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to Master Bedroom with bath, overhead shower, 2 hand basins, and wc.
2nd bathroom has shower, hand basin and wc.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board and a washing machine.
Living Rooms: The formal indoor lounge is both spacious and elegant and looks out over the pool terrace and the sea. It is fully furnished and equipped with a ceiling fan, Sky TV, video and DVD, CD and radio cassette player. The elegant dining area seats eight.
Other: The Andalucian courtyard is furnished as an additional lounge with large comfy wicker armchairs and sofa and itself leads out onto the private pool terrace with its superb views over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the mountains of North Africa.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen and towels are provided (except pool and beach towels and baby cot linen) and are changed once a week. Pool & gardens are professionally maintained once a week. Weekly free 2 hour maid service, additional cleaning services available on request.

Separate studio with own kitchen, TV etc., sleeps 2/3 sometimes available for same party booking main villa. Price on request.

Accessibility
All rooms lead out onto courtyard with one step down onto pool terrace. Entry has five steps down from main gate into property. Would be suitable for people with some mobility, able to negotiate limited steps.

Large private swimming pool 10m x 6m. 6 sunbeds and large table with chairs to seat 6 to 8.

Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to nearest beach at Riviera del Sol. 5 mins drive to Cabopino port and beach with all watersports.

Golf
Close to many superb golf courses. 5 mins walk to Miraflores golf course and driving range.

Skiing
1.5 hours to Sierra Nevada for skiing.

Travel
No car is required at this villa but it is useful to take advantage of short local trips into Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus etc.. Driving time from MALAGA airport to villa is 25 mins.

Distances
Walking distance to beach, golf, tennis and country club with gym, swimming lessons/activities for children, areobic and pilates classes etc., restaurants, bars and shops.

Further details
Everyone’s idea of a holiday is different, and this is where Villa Casa Blanca really does come into its own.

In addition to sightseeing, local activities include golf, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse-riding, bowls, windsurfing, swimming, skiing, mountain biking, para-sailing, go-karting, Aquapark (Fuengirola) and amusement parks such as Tivoli World, Snake City (Benalmadena), Crocodile Park (Torremolinos) and horse-racing at the Hippodrome racecourse.

The Aztec country club is a 5 minute walk from the villa and provides tennis, swimming lessons and activities for children, pilates, aerobics, gym as well as restaurant etc.

More detailed information on all of the above activities is left in a folder at the villa to help you enjoy to the full your time at Villa Casa Blanca.

Marbella town and the “millionaires” port of Puerto Banus with their boutiques, restaurants and famous morning markets are only a 15 minute drive away.

Fuengirola with its shops, restaurants, bars, beaches, go-karting and Aquapark is just a 12 minute car drive along the sea front and the quaint and pretty mountain village of Mijas Pueblo famous for its donkeys, winding narrow cobble streets and wonderful restaurants is but a 12 minute drive inland.

Gibraltar, Rhonda, Seville, Granada, Nerja, El Churro and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada as well as the marshlands with flamingoes and other bird life are but some of the places worth visiting and all are easily reached by car from the villa.

Cabopino has to be one of the Costa del Sol’s best kept secrets with its beautiful sandy beaches and a variety of renowned restaurants in a picturesque and romantic setting on the harbour. If you can tear yourself away from your private pool terrace you can be there within 5 minutes!

Booking notes
Rates for 6 people per week in Euros.

Non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. Balance due 8 weeks before holiday with a refundable deposit of 10% (minimum 350 euros).

Payment by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds Sterling or Euros at the set rates below. A discount of 15% is offered to guests booking for 3 weeks or more during the winter season (November to March) but in this case the full electricity costs will be payable.

About the owner
We have had the good fortune to travel the world as a family and have seen many beautiful places, but when we had to select a place for our future retirement there was no question in our minds. We all agreed that this part of Spain was perfect. Our reasons? The excellent climate, the wide variety of lifestyle choices and activities, and the stunning scenery. Not to mention the close proximity to the UK and many other parts of Europe. We chose our beautiful villa in 1997 and can't wait to retire there permanently. In the meantime we are happy to share our good fortune with guests from all over the world, and our staff maintain the same standards of friendly efficient service and cleanliness in the villa that we expect when we stay.

Location! We have seen many properties on the Costa del Sol and the more we see the happier we are with our villa. From its cool and comfortable Andalucian courtyard (hard to find nowadays!) to its stunning pool terrace with beautiful views over the Mediterrranean, this villa combines the best of indoor/outdoor living to take advantage of the perfect climate. Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa is in a tranquil location but is nevertheless within a 15 minute walk of all amenities - shops, banks, bars, restaurants, country clubs, golf and of course the beach. Marbella Old Town, Fuengirola, Granada, Seville, Gibralter and many other places of interest are within easy striking distance of the villa, so the opportunities to see a lot of Spain and Spanish culture are legion.

A short 25 minute drive from Malaga Airport and you arrive at Casa Blanca. Easy and convenient, where the best of all worlds is at your fingertips. Some of our friends and family members head straight for the golf course, others shoot off to the tennis clubs, beach or gym. From shopping in the chic boutiques of Marbella to haggling over the bargains to be found in the markets of Puerto Banus and Fuengirola there's something for everybody, young and old. Me? A good book and a sun-bed under the palm tree on the pool terrace overlooking the Mediterranean suits me fine. And if it gets too hot I might just move onto the comfy sofa in the Andalucian courtyard, perfect for the indoor/outdoor lifetstyle that typifies this part of Spain.
