Changeover day
From Mid June, through July, August to mid September, Sat or Sun is our changeover day, the rest of the year we are flexible. Departure time is no later than 10am unless agreed otherwise. Arrival time, no earlier than 3pm unless agreed otherwise.

Linen and bathroom towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis if required, beach towels can be provided for a small charge. The Villa is cleaned completely prior to your arrival. |

This Villa is exceptionally suitable for families and especially children with it's heated (optional) pool and sandpit for their entertainment. All child friendly items are included such as Push Chair, High Chair, Bath Seat, Toys, Books, all English and of a good quality and condition.

Outside
The outside area is fully equipped and also has an overhang for shade as well as a large parasol, plenty of a modern aluminium furniture (including a dining table, aluminium chairs, aluminium sun lounger) and a large built in BBQ. The private swimming pool is Roman ended, heated optional), 7 meters by 4 meters and it has lighting for late evening use. On the terrace, close to the pool, there is a shower with solar heated water supply as well as cold mains supply. There is a large one level terrace surrounding the swimming pool and side of the house and in addition there is a separate lower garden area which is laid to decking with a sandpit for children on the lower level. The whole terrace is enclosed with security gates for childrens safety. The garden is beautiful with many plants and trees and is relaxing to stroll around.
Coast/Beach
There are three main beach areas in L'Escala, Ampuries, Riells and Montgo, all are soft sand, all have excellent swimming and snorkeling conditions, Lifeguards and First Aid posts are on all beaches. All beaches have cafes nearby. Walking times from the Villa to, Montgo 10-15 mins, Riells 10-15 mins and Ampuries is a 6 minute drive. There are many many Restaurants in and around L'Escala, several within 10-15 mins walking distance from the Villa.

Within 1hr 45 minutes drive we must recommend Valter 2000 in the Pyrenees which can be visited as a day trip and a day slope fee is available.

Good restaurants are all within either 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive, in and around L'escala. Nearest shopping is a 15 minute walk of 5 minute drive from the Villa.
