Outside
Guests have the use of their own private facilities. Pool 5.5m x 1.2m, sun loungers and brollies, table and chairs. Guests can walk in the garden and enjoy the magnificent views from all around. Just outside the accommodation two wall nut trees give shade to the short walk to the pool. There is ample paved area around the pool for sunbathing, BBQ etc.
Coast/Beach
By car the Puerto de Mazarron with its many beaches, bars and restaurants is just 20 minutes away. The port of Cartagena is also 20 minutes.
Golf
Why pay over 1000 euros per week on the golf resort when you can be in the beautiful Spanish countryside for less than half that with reasonably priced restaurants and bars in the village. There are many challenging courses all within the area - Hacienda del Alamo, La Manga, Roda, La Serena, Mosa Trejectum, Altorreal, Campoamor, Camposol, Las Ramblas, La Torre, Mar Menor, Villamartin. The majority of these courses are within a 30 min drive, the nearest just 10 mins.
Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia, 40 minutes away, Alicante 75 minutes. Car hire is recommended and can be booked at the airport through several companies.
Distances
Murcia is approximately 30 minutes drive and Fuente Alamo for banks and supermarkets is 10 minutes.
Further details
Winter Sun Walk for miles in pleasant temperatures on deserted beaches and stop for a refreshing drink in one of the many bars. Enjoy your freedom without the crowds. Maybe you prefer to walk in the mountains and see for miles in the crystal clear air. Very often the mountains of the Sierra Espuna are snow clad in the winter. Nights can be cool but what can be better than enjoying your favourite drink by a log fire in a comfortable inn or restaurant. See and enjoy the other Spain.
