Large traditional Spanish house in 5000sq.m of land with private 70sq.m pool available, no children under 12 please. 1.5 miles from beach on 300yds from Cabo de Gata natural park. 12 miles to Mojacar, 2 miles to Carboneras, and 35mins to Almeria Airport. Dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, DVD, etc. It's a large traditional spanish house, where I live, not a holiday villa.

Coast/Beach
Beach 1.5 miles. It is a seclured cove with excellent snorkellng and nearby white sandy beaches of Carboneras.
Golf
30 minutes from Marina del Torre golf course. 25 minutes froim Desert Springs.
Skiing
2 hours from Granada.
Travel
35mins Almeria airport, 2 hours Alicante, 1.5 hours Murcia, 2 hours Granada.
Distances
Carboneras 1.5miles. El llano with village shop 20min walk along beautiful river bed.
Further details
Carboneras has many shops and restaurants with excellent fresh fish, as it is a fishing village.

July this year, my young daughter and I visited Carboneras, a traditional Spanish fishing village on the coast of Almeria. Unlike, a statement I read from a recognised ‘travel bible’, Carboneras is far from being industrial. What I found was a charming, eclectic close community of people who took pride in their village and welcomed you as one of them in their many soirees. One of the places we chose to stay in was the large traditional house in the country 5 mins to an unspoilt beach. The owner of the property, had put a lot of attention to detail in keeping with the traditional ‘Moorish’ theme of the area, like one of his townhouses in the village, magnificant features. Like the townhouses this would suit someone who appreciates the traditional eclecticness of the property. Great 'al-fresco' dining beside poolside, ideal for that tranquil meditation inside the loggia. A guest book is at hand with everything you need to know. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Fantastic!
House swap
Would consider house swapping in London for a year and am open to swap for short term (seasonly) anywhere along the Spanish Coastline.
