Villa Pereza (means "laziness") is the ideal location for those seeking a private and relaxing holiday. The Villa is a large, air-conditioned, detached property offering comfortable accommodation for 6 people, plus a baby. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath/shower room and wc. Outside, the five patios, give ample room to sit or eat in sun or shade. There is English TV and for the winter, central heating and an open fireplace and cosy duvets on the beds. Villa Pereza is a short walking distance from the shops, bars and restaurants that this established Spanish rural village has to offer. El Pinar de Campoverde is a residential village situated 8km inland at the southern edge of the Costa Blanca on the border with the Costa Calida. It is an area of protected pine woodland surrounded by orange and lemon groves. Nearby can be found many blue flag beaches (nearest less than 15 min drive), golf courses (three within 20 min drive) and the nature reserve of San Pedro.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Wednesday, but this can be flexible out of season. Arrival times are 2.00pm and departure times 10.00am. These can be negotiated out of season.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have fans. There is air-conditioning/central heating. A cot, and highchair are available at no extra charge but we do not supply cot linen.
Outside
Plot of 3/4 acre. The villa has five patios, some always in shade some always in sun. Private pool of approx 8m x 4m with child's pool on end. BBQ built in, and wooden table and benches, plus portable chairs, and table. There are sun loungers and a tiled table that seats 8 people on the pool patio.
Coast/Beach
There are many excellent blue flag beaches along the coast that are untouched by mass tourism, with the nearest being less than 15 minute drive from the villa. Within 20 minutes of the villa by car is the famous Mar Menor, which is Europe’s largest salt water lagoon.
Golf
For the golfing enthusiast many golf courses can be found in the area, with VillaMartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor all being within 20 min drive of Campoverde. The renowned La Manga PGA course is also only a 40 minute drive away. Lo Romero Golf is now open at Pilar de la Horadada.
Travel
Airports are;
Murcia 20 mins drive
Alicante 1hr. drive
Car hire is strongly recommended.
Distances
A 5 minute drive away is the town of Pilar de la Horadada, which offers greater shopping potential and nearby (15 mins) San Pedro has a street market every Monday. Torrevieja is approx 20mins drive. Alicante is 1 hour, Cartagena is 40 mins and Murcia is 1hr., by car.
Further details
Within Campoverde there are numerous and varied restaurants, bars and shops including a bakery, newsagents, chemist, bank and supermarket, many of which are within a short walk of the villa. An English speaking Doctor and Dentist have surgeries in Campoverde. Adjoining Campoverde is the spectacular Rio Seco nature reserve, which offers good walks along the dry river bed and through the gorges carved out by centuries of erosion. Near Rio Seco is a sports area with tennis courts, basketball, football and a large public swimming pool. Other nearby sporting opportunities include horse riding, go carting and fishing and there is an aqua park at Torrevieja less than 40 minute drive from the villa.

20% deposit is required.
Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
An additional refundable deposit of £150 is charged to cover any loss, damage.
