Coast/Beach
10 minute walk to local beaches, all local beaches are blue flag and the non-tidal waters of the Mar Menor make it an excellent choice for families with small children. Scuba diving within 15 minutes car journey.
Golf
Many local golf courses within 15 minutes car journey.
Torre Pacceco golf course 10 minutes drive. La Manga, 15 minutes. Villamartin and others around Torrevieja, 15 minutes drive.
Skiing
The nearest Skiing facility at Sierra Nevada is Europe's most southerly ski resort. It is great for beginners and boarders, however, at a three hour drive away, it is a long day trip.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving facilities at Mazarron, La Manga Strip and Cabo are well advertised and are popular with both beginners and the more experienced.
Travel
Nearest airport is Murcia, which is serviced by many low cost airlines, (2 miles). Alicante is 45 minutes by car. Airport transfers can be arranged. Regular bus and train services to the port of Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante, Valencia and inland to Madrid.
Distances
The property is in the town of Santiago de la Ribera; this has many bars and restaurants, where children are always welcome. Los Alcazares and Los Narejos are 4 miles.
Lo Pagon and San Pedro are 2 miles. Cartagena and La Manga 15-20 miles

All the local shops, restaurants, banks, local markets are within 10 minutes walk. Sailing outlets in Santiago de la Ribera with Kayaking, surfing, boat trips etc. Large promenade for cycling to San Pedro and Los Alcazares.
Medical centres (3) and police stations (2) are 8 minutes walk. Tourist office 10 minutes walk.
Indoor swimming pool 12 minutes walk.

Bookings can be made either over the phone or email, a deposit is required immediately and the balance of payment to be received 4 weeks prior to the holiday commencing. A breakage deposit of £150 will be taken upon arrival, which is fully refundable when the property is vacated. Please contact owner for further information.
