Air-conditioning and heating is provided throughout the villa at an additional charge.

Large private garden, close to shared swimming pool. There are sun loungers and large parasol, table/chairs with awning to protect you from the mid-day sun. A large built-in BBQ with additional table and seats for that additional alfresco experience. Drying area with whirly clothes.

Coast/Beach
The villa is situated in the mountains, with a 15min walk to Albir's pebble beach. A number of sandy beaches are located in short driving distances.

Villa is within close diving distance to a number of golf courses.

La Sella, Pedreguer, 25kms.
El Plantio, Alicante, 35kms.
It is necessary to have a handicap at most golf courses.

Walking and Cycling trails are popular in the mountains surrounding the village and specialist walking and cycling clubs are available to recommended routes for all abilities

The nearest airport is Alicante which is 44kms away.
Car hire is recommended but is not essential as transport can be arranged.

The villa is situated within 5-10mins walking distance to local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and telephone/internet cafe's. Albir has all the characteristics of a hustling bustling town in its own right, equipped with its numerous restaurants, shops, bakeries and medical facilities. It remains a quiet area making it a good choice for a relaxing holiday or an ideal base in which which to explore the Costa Blanca. Albir has its own shelved pebble beach and is also located close to several sandy beaches.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required on booking and the full balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
Departure time is by 11 a.m. and arrival time from 4 p.m.
The vacation of the property on time is very important to ensure that it is cleaned for the new arrivals.
Where necessary arrangements can be made for storage of luggage (by prior arrangement) so you can enjoy the remaining hours of your holiday. Likewise if you are arriving early to ensure your holiday gets off to a good start.

About the owner
My Husband and I (Ian & Kath) have been travelling to this area for over 30 years and loved it so much we eventually invested in our own property 5 years ago. In that time we have rented to numerous people, many of whom come back year after year. Part of our business in England is renting property so we know how important it is to have property kept in tip-top condition. It is our belief and our intention to ensure that our house in Albir is pritstine in every way so holiday makers always enjoy the very best of luxury. Now our children are young adults they also enjoy the house with their friends so it really does cater for all age groups. We love the area and from the response we get from guests, we know others feel the same way too.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have been a frequent visitors to Albir on and off for the past 30 years+ and have watched it grow from a tiny village into a much more cosmopolitan friendly village it is today. We would have bought in Albir many years ago but have seen the pit-falls generated by not living on or near the property you own. We are now blessed with having friends who look after the property in our absence. Over the past five years this has worked extremely well both for ourselves and our holiday guests. Now our children are up, we have a more relaxed and sedate holiday, however, Albir overs an adundance of activities for all ages, including sport enthusiasts With the beautiful mountains as a back drop and the range of beautiful beaches to choose from, what more do you need?

Unique benefits of the property
Whilst the house is on a complex of 40 houses it is very private and peaceful and only 20 paces to the pool. Even in peak season we have either had the pool to ourselves or shared it with another family. Being self contained means no dashing out to put towels on sunbeds, you have the luxury of your own space and your own timetable. (We provide beach towels) The property offers spacious and private seculded grounds with two separate eating areas. We have two bbq's depending on the size of your party, one built in and one free standing. The house has been beautifuly furnished and decorated throughout. Is extremely well equipped offering you every confort and amenity you could wish for. If you have any special needs we will do our utmost to accommodate your wishes ie. cots etc...
