House on Costa de la Luz - Islantilla, Spain: This 5 year old, 2 bed townhouse is part of a small gated community on a large golfing complex. It has a large swimming pool and paddle tennis court. Less than one hours drive from Faro airport and only one hour to Seville. It comprises of a lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs there is a fully equipped bathroom, and downstairs there is a toilet and shower room. The master bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the driving range. The house is furnished to a high standard to make it feel like home and with every thing you need for a wonderful holiday,including air con and heating in the lounge and bedrooms. The house is a 5 minutes drive to the beach and commercial centre, where there are cafes, restaurants, cinema and shops. Within walking distance there are local shops, supermarket and cafes. Changeover day is preferably Saturday, although we are flexible.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Both with ample wardrobe space. There is a safe in the master bedroom.
Double sized sofabed in the lounge. Travel cot available on request.
Bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom is fully equipped with bath and shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Downstairs there is a walk in shower, toilet and sink.
Kitchen: Cooker,hob,fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and the usual electrical equipment.
Utility Room: Washing machine and clothes line
Living Rooms: Lounge, modern and comfortable sofas, including one sofabed. Coffee table with TV, DVD and stereo CD equipment. Dining room area with table and 6 chairs leading onto balcony. Wood burning fire.
Other: Balcony off dining room with table and 4 chairs also BBQ.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included(not beach towels). The property is cleaned once a week, when towels and linen are changed.

Notes on accommodation
Very suitable for families, (waterparks and beaches are close by), older couples, or people who just want to relax, play golf and explore the surrounding countryside.
All rooms fitted with air conditioning/heating.

Accessibility
We feel that the property is accessible for a wheelchair as there is a slope leading from the car parking area to the front door. There is a slope leading down to the pool area.

Outside
Patio tables and chairs plus barbecue leading off the lounge area. First floor balcony off master bedroom with chairs. Large shared pool and gardens. Paddle tennis court available to residents only.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive and approximately 25 minutes walk to the large expanse of sandy beaches.

Golf
The house is located on a golf course overlooking the 9th tee. There are plenty of other courses in the area both in Portugal and Spain (we are only 15 minutes from the Portugese border).

Travel
Faro Airport is 45 minutes away. Seville Airport is 1 hour. Car hire is essential and we can give the names of reliable companies both in Faro and Seville.

Distances
La Antilla is about 1 mile away. Lepe about 2 miles and Ayamonte 20 minutes drive. There is a 5 star hotel on the complex with use of their spa facilities for a small fee. They have a road train which runs down to the beach and back in high season. Huelva is the nearest main town which is about 30 minutes away.

Further details
There is a supermarket in the commercial centre close to the house with shops, cafes and ice cream parlours, these are within walking distance. The main restaurants are down by the beach together with many more shops. Lepe, La Antilla and Ayamonte also have plenty of shops and restaurants. Waterpark and go-karting track in Cartaya.

Booking notes
Please telephone or e-mail the number below should you want any further info. We require £100 deposit when booking, and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A breakages deposit of £200 is also required when paying the balance which is refundable subject to the return of the keys and a brief check of the property.
