Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Additional £10 per person is due for laundry and cleaning at the end of your stay. Book before end February 2008 and get 1 week for £600 in March through to May.

Saturday. Arrival not before 4pm. Departures by 10am.

Very large fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, separate drinks fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee perculator, iron and ironing board, cool boxes for use at beach. |

Outside
Sun all day. Many terraces for living al fresco, all lit for night dining, garden furniture for dining outside, sun loungers and barbecue, hammock. Sorry no pets. Swimming pool and gardens are private.
Coast/Beach
Situated just north of Costa Blanca and at the start of Costa Del Azahar. Beside the market towns of Oliva and Gandia, which is the Real Spain. There are 18km of magnificent white sandy beaches to choose from. This region is located on one of Europe's largest subterranean lakes and drinking water quality is excellent.
Golf
Oliva Nova golf club is 10 miles away.
Special interest holidays
Mountain climbing and cycling can all be done in this area.
Travel
Alicante airport is 1 hour 15 mins drive. Valencia airport is 50 mins drive.
Distances
Benidorm is 40 mins drive where you can find the fun parks of Terra Mitica and Aqualand.
Further details
Valencia is a very cosmopolitan city with lots to do and see. You can drive to the train station in 15 minutes and take the train straight in to the centre of Valencia which has something for everyone. Gandia is 10 minutes away with many shops, restaurants and bars. It has a beautiful tree lined avenue with lots of cafes on either side. It is a city with a rich historical heritage, which is reflected in its monumental buildings. It is fully prepared to satisfy the demands of even the most sophisticated of visitor.
