With it's vast 22 metre pool, and large children's shallow end, 2 tennis courts, Padre Aviles offers wonderful peace and tranquility, with stunning views over the mediterranean, yet within 10 mins drive from the beach and beach front restaurants and only 2 mins from the charming white washed village of Olias.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday or Sunday in peak season and a minimum stay of 2 days is available off peak season.

Check availability The Jasmine suite (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 5)
The jasmine suite consists of 1 large double bedroom with a king size bed, and a large ensuite bathroom decorated with mosaic tiles. This bedroom has french doors with stairs leading straight to the swimming pool.
The 2nd bedroom consists of twin beds and a extra bed if required also with it's ensuite bathroom.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating for the winter.
The large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen offers all the modern conviniences as well as a microwave, dishwaher and washing machine. There is a wood burning stove for those cooler winter nights, a DVD player, TV a and Stereo.
French doors lead to a large patio with teak furniture and a BBQ, offering wonderful views over the pool and the mediterranean. The suites have been tastefully decorated in neutral tones to give the maximum sense of peace and tranquillity.

The Bouganvilla suite comprises of one large double bedroom with views over the mountains, with an ensuite bathroom, and a large twin room which can sleep up to 3, also with an ensuite bathroom.
The large open plan lounge, kitchen and dinning area, have French doors leading straight onto the swimming pool terrace with Teak garden furniture, a BBQ and overlooks the sea.
The suite has a wood burning stove for those cosy nights as well as heaters, a DVD player and a stereo.

Notes on accommodation
Both suites are 115 sqm, and both have heating, ceiling fans. It is very child friendly, because of the large shallow end in the swimming pool and the terraces are all fenced in. There is a large wooden climbing frame, as well as a little tikes car, tricycles etc.
We can supply cots and high chairs, and both suites are equipped with plastic crockery, cutlery etc for children.

Outside
The swimming pool is 22 metres long and boasts a large shallow end which is 10 m x 5 m and 1 m deep. A wall separates the shallow and the deep end.
The pool is not heated but is available all year.
There are 2 tennis courts and private coaching can be arranged.

Coast/Beach
The beach is within 10 mins drive or 7 km. Lots of beaches and beach front restaurants.

Golf
There are 3 golf courses within 15 min drive from Padre Aviles and all other golf courses on the coast are within easy access.

Travel
Malaga airport is 30 mins away. Car hire is essential.

Distances
The picturesque village of Olias is 1.5 km up the road, Malaga is 20 mins away, and Granada, Seville and Cordoba are all within easy access.

The owners David and Claire speak fluent English, French and Spanish and Claire offers a first supermarket shop.
