This house has a lovely shared swimming pool next door. There is an outside living patio at the front with table and chairs. You can relax on the bedroom balcony or roof solarium. Visit the many restaurants and bars in Santiago.

Patio to the front of the property with balconies to the bedrooms on the first and second floors.
Shared swimming pool is directly next to house.
Coast/Beach
Beach is 12 minute walk. It is a blue flag non-tidal beach ideal for children. Sailing Club - 12 minute walk. All the normal beach activities are catered for including scuba diving, sailing, canoeing etc. Kite surfing school close by.
Golf
Several golf courses in the area;
La Manga Club 20 minutes by car.
Torrepacheco 12 minutes by car.
Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor 15 minutes by car. Plus many more.New course RODA BEACH just 10 minutes away .
Skiing
Skiing is only about a 4 hour drive to the sierras. Have the best of both.
Travel
Murcia San Javier Airport - 5 minutes by car. Alicante Airport - 45 minutes by car. Airport collection can be arranged and paid locally.We can also arrange good rates for car hire, please ask when booking.
Distances
Bus stop - 2 minutes walk - buses every 15 minutes to various destinations - Torrevieja, Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante, local villages. Nearest town is Santiago de la Ribera 8 minutes walk.

Shops, restaurants and typical Spanish tapas bars - 5 to 10 minute walk. Indoor public swimming pool - 15 minute walk. Two medical centres - 8 minutes walk. Good Tourist information office 8 minutes walk. A large shopping centre called Dos Mares is 5 mins away which has cinema, bowls, McDonalds, Burger King bars and restaurants.
