Situated by the beach approx half way between San Pedro and Estepona, with superb golf courses, restaurants, hotels, facilities and shops within a few minutes walk. Wonderful sea and mountain views from the apartments plus very close access to a wide variety of leisure pursuits. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is a split level, newly refurbished stylish apartment. There is a bedroom terrace for the morning sun and a lounge terrace for the afternoon and evening sun. A magical and relaxing place of beauty where you can walk out of the apartment and down onto the beach to unwind or go for long walks in either direction. In the late evening, sitting above the beach listening to the waves and watching the stars is so peaceful.

Changeover day
In peak season, Saturdays should be changeover day for arrival and departure - but we will try to be as flexible as is possible according to existing bookings.

Other: 2 private terraces with patio table and chairs on each. Sun canopy off lounge terrace and umbrella for bedroom terrace and entrance hall.

Towels and linen are included and will be changed once per week. The apartment will be clean for your arrival and will be cleaned on your departure.

 

Notes on accommodation
A light sea breeze usually gently blows through the apartment when both patio doors of the 2 terraces are open, which is lovely and cooling during hot summer months and adds to a feeling of wellbeing. Portable heaters available for winter months. Children over 12 are welcome.

Accessibility
There are a few steps up to the apartment lobby and then an elevator is available to the first floor (only three levels in total).

Outside
Green lawns facing sea above beach for sunbathing and reading. Pretty development of whitewashed villas, green squares, flower-filled courtyards, and tiled pathways within the small development. Plenty of parking. Outside showers for rinsing after beach. A couple of minutes walk to useful 24 hour shop and garage. Next door but one along the beach is the 5* GL Hotel Las Dunas where top of the range beauty/spa treatments can be booked, plus seasonal entertainment and bar/dining can be enjoyed. Beach is excellent for wonderful long walks in either direction in this beautiful location.

Coast/Beach
Right by the beach. The beach is constantly changing and is different on every visit. It is usually absolutely lovely and can be a mixture of sand and pebbles and the waves can be anything from a millpond of calm, to crashing waves. As this is a private development it is not over-crowded as public beaches are.

Golf
Well laid out Par 3 Golf course across the road and at least 10 other golf courses including some of the most well known courses in Spain, within a 5 mile radius. This area is known as the 'costal del golf'!

Travel
Malaga and Gibraltar Airports are from 50-55 minutes drive away. Car hire is available if desired from the airports, or we can arrange a taxi service from airport to apartment and back if required. Car hire is not essential as buses stop nearby, but recommended for those who wish to be mobile and explore.

Distances
San Pedro and Estepona are 12km apart and the apartment is approx half-way in-between. Marbella is approx 15 minutes drive away, and the chic port of Puerto Banus is just 10 minutes away. Interesting excursions can be made to North Africa, Gibraltar, Ronda or Casares in the mountains. The historic Granada is about 2.5 hours drive away and Seville is a couple of hours drive away.

Further details
A handy 24 hour shop and petrol station are a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Several superb restaurants and bars are a couple of minutes walk away,- some actually on the beach giving amazing views of the sunset. Selwo Safari Park is very nearby and dolphin safaris can be taken from Estepona. Plenty of shops, dining and nightlife in the nearby towns of Estepona and San Pedro.

Booking notes
Prices stated are per week (7 nights) or will be pro-rata with minimum booking price of £100. A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. 100% payment must be received at least 60 days before travel. Cancellation charges will be 20% rising to 100% if cancelled 30 days or less before travel.
