The villa is approximately 250 square meters and features a large BBQ & outdoor entertainment area and has several terraces on various levels where you can enjoy the sun or the panoramic vistas. For those who need a connection to internet, there is a phone and wireless ADSL line available, ideal for professionals who can work from home and who want a lifestyle change. For the kids we have a Sony Playstation & DVD.The tropical garden also features fruit trees such as figs, lemons, avocado and bananas.

Changeover day
Saturday is our preferred changeover day, other days depending availability and season, if you need to deviate please contact us –see below for details-.

| Bathrooms: | 2 bathrooms have a bath, 1 bathroom has a walk in shower. All are renovated in 2006 and come with a toilet and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | The spacious kitchen comes well equipped with hob, oven, big new fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster, juicer and blender. |
| Utility Room: | In the utility room you will find another washing machine-tumble dryer, sink, iron-ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The villa has two lounges and a dining room. The main lounge has direct access to the spacious terrace, there is satellite TV, Sony Playstation, DVD and a wireless ADSL connection, please bring your own laptop. The villa has high quality marble flooring. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is thoroughly cleaned before you enter and will be delivered to you in a clean state. There are more than enough towels, beach towels and bed linen will be changed once a week. Incremental cleanings can be arranged on request. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a high quality thermostaticaly controlled central heating system with radiators in the rooms which will make a winter stay very comfortable.
Outside
The well kept garden features various Mediterranean trees eg. figs, avocado, lemon and banana. The large Palm trees will add a special tropical look and feel to the green garden. The Private swimming pool is free form, kidney shaped and guests can also make use of the communal pools in the urbanization. The villa has sunbeds at the pool, teak garden furniture and a large BBQ and entertainment area, perfect for parties.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is at the foot of the Monte de los Almendros hill and called La Caleta, it is 5 minutes by car. Driving 10 minutes will take you to the main beach of Salobrena and to the beach next to the los Moriscos golf course. Alternatively you can drive in the direction of Almunecar for 10 minutes and go to the beach La Velilla, close to the hotel Bahia tropical you can find several small bays with nice beaches.
Golf
The nearest 18 holes golf course is a 10 minute drive from the villa and located next to the beach, the clubhouse is actually on the beach. An ideal setting for the golf enthousiast who wants to play while the family enjoys themselves on the beach.
Skiing
The lively ski area of Sierra Nevada is 75 minutes by car, you can ski in the morning and return and enjoy dinner at the beach in the evening.
Travel
The well connected Malaga International airport is 70 minutes by car, several car rental companies have their offices in the arrivals terminal. Other airports nearby are Granada (at 60 minutes) and Almeria (at 75 minutes), several low airfare operators fly from various places in North West Europe to these airports.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% or 300 euro -for short term bookings- is required upon booking, once the monies have been received by us the reservation will be confirmed. The balance of payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. The sum can be paid by check or by wire transfer in Euros or US dollar, if the latter currency is chosen then the exchange rate of the day the deposit is made will apply.
